Where only the part in the scope zooms in and everything else stays the same. I know Arma 3 has a picture in picture option, mostly used for vehicle mirrors, but I thought it applied to scopes too.

I'm looking at various videos on Youtube and it seems there's quite a few mods that add it but I guess it's not in the base game. With Arma's focus on realism (and they already have pip mirrors) you'd think that would be in the base game.

I'm not sure it's ever been officially implemented for scopes, lots of mods that it add it, and doable in engine without mods......but it does result in a pretty significant performance hit.
