Something I never got about this game. When you rest, if you're outside the box says "Resting here is illegal. You'll need to find a bed". And yet there is absolutely no consequence for resting outside. The guards never stop you for it. So why does it say that?

desu I have not finished the game, but still have saves somewhere. I played pre Bloodmoon/Tribunal, I had to take 2 week break and then couldn't really get back into it because of that retarded journal. Is there any mod/patch for the journal I could use while still being able to use those saves?
