Just beat Leon's campaign and really didn't enjoy it. I really liked RE5.

Is it worth is to keep going? Are the other campaigns better

The only thing better about the other campaigns is they don't start with 15 minutes of AAA walk and talk.
Mercs is the only remotely redeemable part of the whole game.

I personally enjoyed Jake's campaign the most overall. Chris's isn't bad once you get past The Ace of Spades mission.

Ada's is garbage.

jake+sherry campaign is best

Chris' was the only campaign I liked

Save your time and uninstall.

Uninstall yourself.

Leon's is the worst, so yeah, you should try at least one other.

God this game frustrated me so much. Every area felt tiny and claustrophobic. The camera also felt too close to over the shoulder view. Ugh. I wanted to like it. Graphics were nice. Top tier waifu models. Adas mission was the best part of the game.

oh op there's no point playing this alone
resi 6 is only playable with a friend

Leon is a terrible hero.

Jake saved more people and he was a merc with a heart of gold.

Not really.

Leon's is the height of it each being worst then the last.

Got it on $15 sale on PSN just for Mercs though.

>every area
Edonia was fine. The Chinese mansion in Jake's campaign too.

Now you're just nitpicking.

The airplane sequence in Leon's campaign is one of the most amazing dumb things I have ever seen in a video game with production values this high.

Playing through RE6 now myself, and I think that RE6 is trying to be a character action game of all things. Each character has a stupid amount of melee animations.

Wait what was wrong with the airplane sequence?

There was nothing really wrong with it. I had a fun time while playing it, but the way the game just piles it on and keeps on upping the stakes is hilarious, up until you somehow get to the point where Leon is piloting a 747.
When I first saw them in a plane, I was hoping that I would get to fight zombies on a goddamn plane, and man did the game deliver.
Also,
>Leon tells Hunnigan to fake their deaths
>Literally next scene is them on a commercial flight

It's Michael Bay levels of stupidity if you think about it, especially since they survive it. But it's funny, not a bad thing.

You started with the one that was at least decent in the beginning. It's all downhill from there, man. RE6 is just... awful.

I know this gets said a lot but, once again, Mercs mode is the only thing worth playing in that game but that has a rather short life span. Once you platinum all the levels (which isn't a huge effort), that's the end of that.

the graphics are fuckin shit and RE5 look better in every single way despite being on the same hardware and 3 years older

>Leon's Campaign
>President dies along with everyone in college
>Father gets eaten by daughter, Leon watches
>Two people eaten on CCTV, Leon watches
>Leon lets out hysterical woman from train and she is promptly eaten alive
>Leon pushes car off a guy to help, car is pushed in front of guy riding a moterbike who crashes and dies, his bike lands on the guy who was previously underneath the car
>Old man and Jap dude dragged out of bus and die, Leon watches them blow themselves up
>Bus ends up hanging off a cliff, zombies eat most of the occupants before falling off the cliff killing everyone except Leon and Helena
>Leon lets out monster in church that kills nearly everyone
>Everyone in plane dies except for Leon and Helena

They bring bad fucking luck everywhere they go.

PC version doesn't look like that

I have a friend who unironically thinks 6 is the best RE game.

He hopes RE4 gets a rerelease because he thinks if people play it again they'll realize it isn't the best and finally see 6 is the best in the series

that's the pc version you fuckin idiot

Honestly, now that I think about it, my favorite parts of that game was largely the beginning of Leon's campaign. Like, when you meet up with all of those survivors and you're defending the house beside them all, then you all escape on a bus until a big zombie picks the front end up and you have to get it off before the zombies swarm.

Felt so unlike the rest of the game. If the whole of Leon's campaign was like that (and to be honest, there were some bits where he did team up with large amounts of people, just not enough), it would have been far better.

then you're doing something horribly wrong because it doesn't look that shitty when i play it

>werks on my machine xD

No, it doesn't. You're just fucking retarded and blind.

...

sure thing famalam

Retrospectively, Leon's was probably my favourite after Jake's. Mainly because those niggers hardly ever shot back and the body horror enemies were better than being shot and falling down a lot. That being said, I'm pretty shit.

Are you supporting me or arguing against me? I honestly can't tell. You are retarded.

Look at the floor, the walls, the drapes

it's still better than what you posted
>RETARD RETARD RETARD RETARD
calm down you fucking projecting sperg

No, it doesn't. Go walk up next to it, idiot

I just loved Leon's whole of chapter 1. Considering the whole chapter got off to a slow start which is tedious but then things start to escalate more and more. Tall Oaks city streets was just crazy and the stand at the gun shop was chaotic. Things just get worse and worse and when you finally escape via bus, I was quite shocked to see the whole chapter took me over an hour.

I hoped for some more stuff like that, working with the BSAA in leon's start of chapter 5 but they all die real quick. Also all those references to Raccoon like the officer on his first day on the job, stagla gas station, general look of the streets and cars on fire.

but people loved tiny and claustrophobic in old REs

RE6 was never a fantastic game.

Long time RE fan. Loved 4, played like 3000 hours of 5 including mercenaries. Beat every game so many times I couldn't count it.

Played 6 once just to say I did it, couldn't really get into it. Mercenaries is boring. The combat is boring. The guns are boring. The item system sucks. The healing system is a bad idea.

The story sucks, even for a Resident Evil game. Overall everything about it is really poor, mediocre at an absolute best.

I'd say play the whole thing just because there might be some sections you really enjoy. Some parts of the game were just "okay".

Piers is the best bro a man could ask for.

This filename will never not touch my autistic nerve

Sherry's campaign is the only redeemable one because of how ridiculous her relationship with Wesker's fanfiction character. Every other campaign is a mess of quick time events and in-game cutscenes that interrupt your gameplay to show you something. Mercenaries is the only thing worth playing.
