>trying to play Dishonored lethally
>no matter how creative I get in my kills I will never even come close to BRStealthGamer's level
Trying to play Dishonored lethally
Reviewbrah reactions are becoming commonplace.
...
Reviewbrah is not for Sup Forumsizing. He is pure and innocent.
But, user, you aRE BRStealthGamer.
Yeah, that's guys a freak.
He is a genuinely good food reviewer. I really like him.
I can't find anyone better.
>that's guys
I'm so sorry.
>BRStealthGamer's level
you realise he plans out every single video and probably spends hours playing that same part over and over again until he gets it right
does that sound fun to you?
Yes
Yes, what are you some kind of casual? That's the only real way to enjoy single player games.
He has had a rough life..
>he doesn't artistically replay a level over 100+ times to get it perfect
>artistically
more like autistically eyooooooooo
which video is this?
>google is too hard
not clicking that
what the fuck
your loss
no what is the monster review video
when did retards start calling him "reviewbrah"?
He sounds pretty passionate and dedicated to me.
Snake, get down! That Brazilian sniper...
holy shit
Brazilian?
?
Quick question friends, I just bought Far Cry 4 and MGS5 on special. Which should I play first?
He's not that good. His use of game mechanics are pretty basic
>becoming
It's on Sup Forums, a very mainstream imageboard forum so of course it's commonplace
>a game about timing and creativity
>not having fun coming up with a perfect timing system to get the most creative kills you can
Show us your stash of better Dishonoured gameplay then user
What's with the scripted slowdown stuff
killcam, it can be turned off

Nice one, faggot.
Good job on admitting you haven't played the game moron.

:^) gee user
the fuck is wrong with his alien proportion hands and head
He was drawn by Gearbox
woah dude...
>he like, teleports on top of enemies repeatedly and instantly kills them
>then he ducks under their swings if they swing at him because it's 100% reliable and easy as shit to do
>and sometimes he gets bored so he makes enemies kill themselves with the mind control pattern in the same couple of ways
so epic...
100% assblasted
That's already leagues more creativity you can have than in most combat-focused games, and you're cherrypicking
pathetic
How is that a bad thing considering we are on an chinese cartoon board?
and here come the shills
>Y-you're just mad
For a stealth game that's pretty sub-par. Not to mention the fact that even what he's doing there is unnecessary. In a good stealth game your creativity is driven through necessity.
>and you're cherrypicking
Sure I am, faggot.
That's literally 90% of the kills there.
...
>creativity through necessity
>every playthrough becomes the exact same because the level has to be built around said "creativity"
>no replayability
That implies the game is 100% static and your execution will be flawless
>Dishonored has more replayability than games like Thief, Hitman, MGS, ect.
Are you actually retarded?
>Thief
That remind me of T4ff
youtube.com
>uses guard's head to throw the other one off the edge
>arrow to the sky
>ten seconds later drops perfectly
His videos are fucking brutal. Can't wait to see the Dishonored 2 videos.
I'd love to see a third person perspective in real time of everything that's going on in this video.
>For a stealth game that's pretty sub-par
Its a Stealth-Action game so you trying to arbitrarily view it through the prism of a pure Stealth lens is wrong and disingenuous.
>Not to mention the fact that even what he's doing there is unnecessary
Unnecessary how? Hes showcasing his skill at the action component of the game and making a video about it, which has obviously been popular judging from the view count.
>In a good stealth game your creativity is driven through necessity
Once again, its a Stealth-Action game, and the video is showcasing the Action component, so not applicable.

The suit's fit is trash
really makes you think
play more, retard
How cool would it be if you could see replays of your playthroughs from an outside perspective, meaning experiencing everything in real time (no slowdown or timestops) and no blink marks etc
>it's a reviewbrah talks for 3 hours about shortwave radio episode
People call that a stealth game?
Depends on your playstyle. You can easily go 100% no-kill pacifist
>just teleport through the map at lightning speed
>stealth game
If you want to make it harder, don't use blink. Except for the tutorial, I don't there there's a point where you actually need it. Sure, it's there if you want to use it, but if you don't like it, and want a better stealth experience, don't use it
Ready for the "self-restriction is never the solution to quibbles I have with a game's design and I'll instead complain about blink's existence rather than not use it" posters?
You're fucking retarded if you think that game DESIGNED AROUND A FEATURE should be played without said feature in order to get some fun from it.
Yes, I'm afraid that will happen, but whatever. If they don't want to enjoy it, I'm not going to stop them
Dishonored is not designed about blink. It's only needed in the tutorial
You can get to every location in the game without having to use blink, so no, its not essential to the game, try again.
>Gregor plays dishonored
holy fucking shit this is some impressive gameplay
shill harder arkanedrones
Dishonored isn't on of the games I'd make the "designed around" argument about. Navigating the world without powers outside of outsider sections is a challenge, yes. You're handicapping yourself.
That said, you're still entirely able to do it and having done it, it wasn't so bad take the stairs more often. The games got some verticality to it and willingly tossing aside your tools to navigate the world as most NPCs to suit your hatred of the mechanic strikes me as a weak argument.
>Boo-hoo, I don't want to be a super natural assassin that can teleport
Ok then, take the stairs like the guards and thugs of the game do.

>complaining about video games you haven't even played

What an argument
>the game is not centralized around this mechanic
>y-you shill
I mean, shit, I've heard some great arguments in the past, but this one takes the cake. Like, holy shit, where did you learn such rhethoric skills?

Brutal
Why do i need to have a stash of gameplay vids to prove myself?
Also stealtbboybr is being shilled to hell and back by a group of people while also someone has been actively shitting on my work for years so i feel reluctant posting my shit.
I just started playing this game, just finished tutorial missions. Can someone tell me why this games gives you an ocean of cool shit that involves killing your enemies, when the game is built around stealth and non-lethal takedowns, and killing gives you the bad ending no matter what. It seems like this was thought up by a 12 year old, seriously.
>obligatory 'game punishes me!' meme post
Took a while this time.
Well it's a stupid flawed system
>not wanting to raise a ruthless daughter who can actually survive as future queen
There is an achievement for never using any powers.
I am actually surprised how much I learned about the levels when I played it like a regular Thief game. There are so many clever ways you can enter buildings and solve the mission.
Probably the most enjoyment I got out of the game when I went for pacifist+no powers.
Where's the flaw? You're cutting down on guardsmen and leaving corpses around, shit gets worse.
If you want to be a murderer, be a murderer. Just understand you're doing it for your own gratification, not for the good of your nation.
You're not killing nameless bad guys, you're killing the people Emily will still need and that you'll be assisting her command once she's regent. It's the opposite of a 12 year old's idea which would be...which would actually be asking why any of his actions have consequences...woah
>bad ending
Because there is no "bad" ending in this game.
>bad ending
well what the fuck do you want? One ending that's the same for each playstyle? Like it doesn't even fucking matter what ending you get, just play however you want.
I love how quickly and thoroughly blown the fuck out they get now, its great.
you can kill roughly 20% of the population on every level and get the good ending, but if your going for the good ending you may aswell be ghosting the game.
it's filled with cool shit because it's made by Arkane, it's a stealth games for unknown reasons, ask their publisher Bethesda why you make the retarded decision to put the Dark Messiah team to work on a stealth game.
afaik Dishonored 2 gets rid of the whole killing people is punishing meme, indeed there's an option at the start of the game to tell the outsider to fuck off and go through the whole game with no powers at all.
>Probably the most enjoyment I got out of the game when I went for pacifist+no powers
I refuse to believe that.
Finishing a 30 minute mission only to find out some unconscious body ragdolled into the water is bullshit.
>afaik Dishonored 2 gets rid of the whole killing people is punishing meme
They said the chaos system is back, so i don't think so.
>tfw in 2 the only way to get the 'good' ending is to refuse powers at the beginning
Imagine how salty and butthurt the 'game punishes me' retards will be then.
>manage to get no kills achievement in main game and DLC
>too bad to get no alerts without quicksave abuse
Oh well.
>putting unconscious people anywhere near rats or water
your own fault bud
look at the date. Unlocked all three of them in the same run.
>you're killing the people Emily will still need and that you'll be assisting her command once she's regent
Let's keep employing these morons without morals or loyalty to protect the queen. That sounds like a great idea.
>that whole duel
youtube.com
That's nice to know then, I think i'll be able to have actual fun with the game now, thanks anons
