LOL

>le fat bearded anime-watching awkward man

I'm sure you can relate :^)

ok, that actually had me laughing

...

nice job fucking it up, dumbass

That's better.

...

I giggled. Ronnie hasn't been that great, but this one is a giggler.

Well, you ruined it. The little that was there to ruin.

Way to take out all the dramatic moments in the original. Way to destroy the color palette it had building. Way to destroy the flow it

Looks better to me. The 5th panel of the original takes away from the punchline.

>be hotel receptionist
>lots of Japanese guests
>not many speak English
>stumble my way through anime/Google translate Japanese
>guests appreciate it so much that they give me gifts and leave excellent reviews

guess anime isn't that stupid after all.

>that one guy who posts the same thread multiple times within an hour
>it will get deleted and he will do it again, still within the hour

I'm not laughing, OP. Fuck you.

I wanna post Yotsuba but I'm falling asleep. can someone else do it?

I thought this was loss.

now it's a Sup Forums comic

Didn't know it had already been posted, just came home from work and liked the new comic.

Nah, it's still pretty fucking stupid and you're gay for watching it. But if it helps, it helps.

Terrible

The fifth panel is necessary for the punchline.

Exactly.

What? No it isn't. Only if you're a retard.

If you don't get it you just look a bit closer for a second or two then you get it, which will most of the time make it better.

sleep snug

I love this one

His shirt can be read in both the first and last panel. The punchline is that he didn't understand, and instead, just read the shirt. The 5th panel drags this out and actually draws attention to the fact he was looking at the shirt, thus reducing the impact of the final panel's punchline.

I love you.

i suddenly have a boner and cannot explain why

I too work in a Hotel. I wish we had more Japanese guests. Instead we have black people trying to cheat us and maximum overjew Indians and Arabs

>cutting the context of Ronnie trying to interpret
user you're fucking dumb bruh

The fifth panel is the first one in which you can clearly read it. You could do it the other way around and obscure the shirt until the very last panel, but I doubt that it will have the same impact.

Why is Koiwai posing so sexily there?

I work in a souvenir shop. I have groups of highschool japanese girls walk around picking up things and going "Ah! Kawaii"
they do this for like a halfhour
they just literally walk around calling everything cute.

I can't stand this unfunny fat sack of garbage

...

It's always loss

...

He's just naturally sexy. he can't help it.

The fifth panel is unnecessary and harms the comic as a whole. The third panel could have been left in to help build up the punchline. But the fifth only subverts it.

I don't get it. Where's the loss?

Genuinely thought that "asian" guy was just some weeb.

Making it loss is your job

user...

I can't grow a beard.

Why would the Japanese person suddenly talk to Ronnie? That's out of character for even the most extroverted Jap, even if they're a tourist.

>took out the necessary second panel
>left in the unnecessary fifth panel

Here. Just about kept all the context without going into too many WORDS.

>it just keeps getting worse

I don't get SJWs, they just seem to demand that the current system of conformity be replaced with theirs, I don't see how progress is made.

Nobody is talking about SJWs, though.

>brevity is wit

>t. fag

why is the asian guy talking to him though?

Jumanji Ito

...

...

Never start a comic. Sup Forums takes the less words meme way too far.

no dumb horsefucker. Its about the shirt having text that he reads like he was watching an anime with subtitles

...

Don't summon the canadian crusader.

This was better with the dog.

What's the alt text?

...

...

you damn fruity bronies

...

Nah it's a good practice to check if there's any removable parts of a joke.

Unlike what says brevity IS the soul of wit.

...

The only thing I feel from this edit is loss.

I feel it loss'd the point.

...

>Nah it's a good practice to check if there's any removable parts of a joke.
But you guys are making the comic worse.
