The zombies only get more and more interesting, along with weapons that aren't complete shit. Oh and at survivor level 12 you get something pretty fuckin cool.

Honest to goodness this game is highly underrated in my opinion. The final boss is a pathetic joke, but it looks great, plays just fine, and the orc revenge system (I forget what they called it) really made me enjoy the game more than I should have.

Ori and the Blind Forest. I'm trying out the Definitive Edition now. It's okay. I'm around halfway or a little over through the game.

I'd take the time to do a deeper comparison on the strengths and failures of both games and why I think Shadow of Mordor is a better Assassin's Creed than Assassin's Creed but I don't want to give all that just to get meme'd at.

Agree with you about everything here, even the final boss. I managed to pick up a game of the year edition for 10 buckeroos and found myself enjoying the DLC I never played.

I love that this game did something that was fun and new (to me at least) with the nemesis system, assassinating uruks, dominating them, using chaos to destroy chaos is wicked fun.

I enjoyed that, there was one I spooked accidentally (didn't know he had fear of fire) on my way to get revenge and he eventually rose to become a god who I finally killed by spooking and engaging in battle where all invulnerability was gone. He came back and just wouldn't stop so when I got the brand power I made sure he would never harm me again.
There was another I killed who came back with a scar across his cheek, then an eyepatch, and finally a sack who I told my friend "he isn't gonna stop, this motherfucker is gonna be waiting for me at the final battle" which my friend just laughed at thinking I was paranoid. That orc disappeared for days so I forgot about him but when I decided to do the final mission, there he was. They did a good job making you feel satisfied while you murdered your top foe.

Just replayed Deus Ex a week ago with my last save being 2012. I remembered several points of the game that pissed me off but this time everything was a cake walk and I pretty much made every area my bitch. Loved the feeling of hoarding every weapon and praxis point even though I needed almost none of it.

Replayed Deus Ex Human Revolution and got the Foxiest of the Hounds and Legend achievements

Finished running through Half Life and it's expansions the other day after not playing them since I was younger. Base game is great, but fuck the spider mini boss when you get to the xen home world and fuck the invisible ninjas.
