Yeah, why aren't the women wearing heavy armour and running around swinging broadswords? It just doesn't make any sense that a female with a narrow, agile body would choose to use a weapon which is complimented by swift movements. Why the hell aren't there more fat-ass men holding these bows? That would make much more sense.

Can you explain why? It looks very promising, those feather effects got me sold on the graphics alone and hell, it's SotC with an open world that doesn't look fucking boring.

It's not an unreleased game, it's a money hole with pre-rendered footage, vapid feature lists, and no reputable people or studio to back it up. It's the definition of kikestarter trash.

Indie studio using an idea that has already been done but a much more skilled team. They are trying to also add as much shit in as possible to clearly cover up the faults of the core game.

Theres a lot of stuff I don't like about this, but the fact that they are stealing an idea and then stealing other ideas to mix and match onto the original idea is disgustng. It's also the worst type of indie dev. the "It's X meets Y, it should totally work!"

Archery requires greater upper body muscle strength which women aren't famed for. The entire female archer idea is equally as stupid as female plate knight.
Women could at least get away with a cross bow, which requires your full body and legs to draw it, or just hand them a renaissance musket with bayonet.

Women in combat roles are a joke. What we see in media like videogames is the female sex being celebrated as everything they've never been. Pure Gynocentric propaganda shit.

Modern compound bows are less demanding but old style bows, yeah. You had to be fucking built to pull that shit back. Unless it was a shitty bow with shitty penetrating power and shitty range that even a child could pull back.

Thanks for reminding me how awfully mediocre kikestarter is, there is like 2 games there that are decent but nowhere near levels of quality that we would want out of a method for funding like this. It's fucking trash.

The English Longbow is about as unassisted as a bow can get, but its draw weight was anywhere between 80 and 200 pounds. Modern hunting bows are typically 40 pounds minimum, with less than that for recreational target shooting.

100+ pounds is a shitton of force.
