Talk about fun videogames you played this week
The sooner you realize games aren't about fun the sooner you'll stop living in your mother's basement and being a virgin faggot
Finished Demon's Souls for the first time yesterday. Beat the entire Latria area in one sitting and then went to the last area of Boletaria.
The Old Monk summoning another player was unexpected, but it was great. He tried to throw poison or plague clouds at me but completely missed both times, but I ended up beating him with my curved sword with 0 problem. I guess I overwhelmed him.
False King Allant stealing Sould points made me crap my pants, but I beat him at the third try.
I was unsatisfied with the ending though, so even when I was planning playing Dark Souls after a few months, I might start it tomorrow, again for the first time too.
I had fun playing Demon's Crest earlier this week. Great atmosphere but I wish the levels were a bit longer themselves, they end way too soon.
Also managed to beat that optional boss, it was hell. Had to chug down 5 ginsengs. True bullet heel
I played Dead Star.
how was it?
I'm replaying Castlevania Overflow Darkness, a pretty great Castlevania 1 romhack. Last time I played it I believe it was late 2013 or early 2012. I can't believe it's been that long.
It's hard as fuck but completely fair.
For some of the levels it's easier to start from the beginning to be completely armed for the boss or for later stages, since the whip upgrades are rare this time around.
Recommended for anyone who wants to play a hard game.
I loved the first half of Dark Souls, but it lost me around the later half.
Hope you enjoy it.
I've been playing Shadow Tower on the PS1, which is a good-ass game.
It runs on the King's Field engine, but is more of a dungeon crawler. Even more proto-Souls in atmosphere and presentation. A bit spookier than King's Field too.
Finished REmake. It was fantastic.
