Wow! This looks pretty heavy!

Wow! This looks pretty heavy!
You won't be able to lift it with just your bare hands. . .

Most overrated zelda game, even more so than OoT

Unironically kill yourself.

Average "retort" from an LA fag

Why are worm bosses so bullshitty?

Cool opinion. I disagree.

Nobody talks about this game at all though.
How would it be overrated when nobody actually rated it?

It's highly praised here, you'd know if you didnt just come from reddit. Overrated doesnt necessarily have anything to do with popularity.

You mean that one thread as of like an hour ago talking about 2>1>3>5 skip 4 shit?
Only thread as of recent memory of anyone mentioning this game besides HW dlc threads.

Nah.

I fucking love LA but I have no idea why they thought it was a good idea to have all that tutorial text for every obstacle and item.
I don't want to know what the compasses new features are in the final dungeon.

How is that even possible? OoTfags are so full of themselves.

really is better than lttp's boring ass levels though

Is that Roc's Feather link has there? So he can just jump over the pot.

How the fuck is Link's Awakening overrated? Especially in comparison to OoT, Majora's Mask or Link to the Past?

Capcom zelda games don't get enough love.

how were you supposed to figure out the egg maze puzzle? I was randomly going through the maze for 15 minutes until a boss showed up.

There was a book giving directions in the library

It isn't possible.
People barely even talk about LA compared to OoT (which is widely considered the greatest game of all time to this day), ALttP, MM, TLoZ, or WW.
You can probably add Breath of the Wild to this in the near future.

Can't wait for Zelda Go

Going to beat dungeon bosses ran by other players

Gathering potions through TempleStops

Getting random monster encounters and chests while you're on the go

Leveling up your items and weapons to be stronger to tackle up the gym

And cages so you can capture an enemy and turn it into a boss later for a dungeon

OOT is literally not overrated. It's a meme some sonybronies shat out.

I'm playing LA for the first time right now, and overall I like it, but I have to keep taking long breaks from it because of all the shit that frustrates me.

OP's pic is a good example but having to pause to switch items on nearly every fucking screen is what's really bothering me with this game. It's like the whole game is as bad as switching iron boots on/off in the water temple.

It's too bad because the game has what I would've considered the best Overworld in the whole series, it's wonderfully designed, except for that you have to constantly pause and switch and that fucking ruins it.

I want to like this game, and to a certain extent I do, but there's just so much little annoying bullshit that gets in the way.

I wish they made the overworld more open and less about having to switch to bracelet and then to bombs and to rocs feather and then back to bracelet just to get from point A to B

I dare you to find ONE "top 100 video games ever" list without OOT

Not even top 100, try top 10

LA's item system is definitely its biggest flaw. It's a design compromise, because the GB has only two main buttons.

They definitely could have gotten rid of those fucking messages that appear when you touch a Pegasus Boots/Power Bracelet obstacle though.

That doesn't mean it's overrated. It means it's really good.

Yeah, it has quite a few minor hangups due to shit like the shield being an item like the bow or boomerang, and constant small tutorial messages.

I think a lot of its issues come from it being on the Game Boy.
>few buttons
This being really the first Zelda to have a major emphasis on item puzzle solving, it means you're going to be switching items A LOT, and the buttons to do this well just aren't there.
>tiny screen
Every screen in the game is super compact and can be traversed in no time, so you spend way more time than in previous Zeldas just watching shit scroll to the next screen.
The tiny screen may also be why there is such an emphasis on puzzles compared to previous games, as there simply isn't room to do lots of decent enemy combat with many enemies.

This and the fact that the power bracelet is an equitable item instead of an upgrade are my only problems with the game.

>Gathering potions through TempleStops
kek

FUCK YOU FAGGOT
best zelda.

And possibly some other miscellaneous items

>he can just jump over the pot

He can't. All obstacles except holes in this game are insurmountable waist-high fences.
