I don't really have a wishlist since I don't have enough money to get a PS4 and don't have a decent PC either, so I'll skip it and wait for the inevitable 3rd game. Stuck with a PS3 and there is no sign for a PS3 version of the game.

He'll most likely be DLC, yeah. The only reason Black and Trunks made it into the base game is because they don't require much work to make a character out of.
