The screen is from "Ed, Edd n Eddy: The Mis-Edventures", which was a mediocre game from 2005 that was released on every platform of the time including the PC.
The game has some fun moments and includes voice acting and translates the shows animated style well to 3D, although it is a very short game for a full console release and the linear structure to advancing through levels can sometimes be quite confusing.
There's also a good number of collectables that give some post-game replayability and speedruns of the game are quite fun to play and to watch.

Eddy is the only DPS worth going for this patch, do Rolf if you want to tank but Ed can be decent with tanking as well if you're rich.

With Eddy you're gonna want to max your "lucky fingers" ASAP, it boosts your cash gain to stupid levels so you can get good gear early on. The downside is you won't be doing much damage until after you've hit level 5 LF.

Stink stat also increases aggro. Don't equip it unless you want to piss off tanks.

You take damage every 15 seconds until you die. It can't be removed unless anyone accepts it as a gift
