Towerfall
yakuza 0 when it gets localized
Yakuza in general looks like a parody of what Japan yakuza really are, idk looks too goofy.
I'll wait for a reliable review.
the story is serious and dramatic but the side stuff arent it also has alot of content
Always wanted to get into the yakuza series desu, just didn't have the platform until now.
>desu
I typed desu
My inner animefag is escaping
Earth Defense Force 4.1 - Just got released on PC so there's enough discussion about it for you to see if it's a game you'll like.
SFV - There are enough scrubs online that it's still fun to just pick up and play.
Resident Evil Origins - Looks great and a nice way to get into RE.
Uncharted 4 I personally feel like is shit, but if you want to taste of the franchise I'd say try the remastered collection of 1-3 first assuming you haven't played them.
Ratchet & Clank: The Game Based on the Movie - R&C speaks for itself. Fun action platformer and overall solid value for it's cost.
Doom - I own it and my roommate swears by it. Personally haven't played yet.
The Last of Us Remastered is still a good time imo. Though I'm personally sick of the game (been playing since PS3)
The Witcher 3 for obvious reasons. Again I've yet to start. Currently reading the book but my friend swears by it.
Tomb Raider Definitive Edition in preparation for The Rise of the TR. Very cheap too.
Also to ward off the shitters, I'm assuming he doesn't have a gaming PC nor cares for PC gaming.
Bloodborne
Mgs5
rachet and clank
I don't know man, fucking Knack I guess
Right now my priority games are
Doom (2016).
Darksouls 3.
Ratchet and clank.
What's SFV?
>Yakuza in general looks like a parody of what Japan yakuza really are
Actual yakuza don't seem to mind:
boingboing.net
>I enlist the aid of a teenager to show the yaks how to actually play a videogame. Even then, it's tough going. Of the three reviewers, only Kuroishi manages to play it all the way to the end. Two of the three are missing their pinkies — in the old days, when a yakuza or his subordinates screwed up, they chopped off pinkies as an act of atonement — and this seems to affect their gameplay.
If sacrifice my pinkies to see some games made.
Street Fighter 5.
Whoops, wrong quote:
>Author's note: A heated discussion takes place as to whether the game is stereotyping the yakuza, which is resolved when Midoriyama points out that the stereotypes about the yakuza are more or less correct
Well this should be a good read.
My friend has it.
Played it with him.
God awful game with shit characters.
Lacking in maps and playable characters.
I don't see how some will buy this grab attack spamming game instead of the superior tekken series.
>dreadful/10
What about salt and sanctuary is it worth it?
>Terraria on ps4 instead of PC
Is it even worth it?
I have it on PC although running of shit fps
>don't ask about specs, they're non existent.
>maps
And we're done here. OP, ignore this idiot.
But I am the op...
I am even using my usual name which is random shill.
Anyway tekken has good theme music for every level and overall better combo system than just spam grabs and mash a button until your opponent is dead.
I couldn't pull a combo if I tried the system is too complex
Hold and charge button icons in combo menu
That's probably why people in online spam the easiest haduken and shit to win.
Sorry didn't read the name.
Anyhow I offered it as a casual game to dick around on. I specifically described it like that for a reason.
> lol I'm so random xD
He means he typed "t,b,h" and was noting his surprise at not realizing it's filtered.
What I've played and what I intend to play
Shadow of Mordor GOTY or w.e the fuck edition (took me a bit to get into it but overall pretty fun)
The Order 1886 (got it for cheap, if you enjoy the setting and monsters go for it)
Broken Age (free on PS+, first half was better, overall pretty decent)
Destiny (was addicted for a while, haven't played in 6 months or so. have cravings to go back every once and awhile as it's comfy)
Xeodrifter (free on PS+, pretty comfy Mega Man-Metroid mash up)
Grow Home (free on PS+, comfy but wouldn't spend money just to get it)
Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris (free on PS+, pretty fun, go for it if you can get it cheap)
Wolfenstein (great pew pew and it's fun brutalizing Nazis)
Witcher 3 (if you feel like waiting get the GOTY edition that's coming up, easily top 10 games I've ever played)
Guacamelee (free on PS+, unexpectedly good. drop some shekels)
Valiant Hearts (free on PS+, pretty good and a good feels trip)
Dying Light GOTY edition (I don't think I've played a zombie game in over a decade and I really enjoyed it)
Transistor (free on PS+, really really liked it. actually felt a little bad for getting it for "free" after reading up on how small the dev team is. looking forward to their future stuff)
Infamous Second Son (first real sandbox type game, first half or so I loved but once you got into the larger city area got kinda meh to me)
AC 4: Black Flag (really fun sea shanty singin time, shitty Assassin game but great stand alone game)
Plan on getting: Fallout 4 (when there's a GOTY and it's cheap), Wolf Among Us, Tearaway Unfolded (looks comfy), Sleeping Dogs GOTY, Life is Strange, Alien: Isolation, Arkham Knight (when there's a GOTY), Until Dawn, Bloodborne, Metro Redux, Digimon World Cyber Sleuth, Diablo 3 Ultimate Edition, Doom, Dark Souls 3, Odin Sphere
This explains alot
Tbh pham
I like the way you think, will consider some of these.
Or f-a-m I believe it was.
All of which should be unfiltered.
>not liking filters
baka senpai
Especially these filters, they're a dig at phoneposting normies.
Except they're not. People just overused them at a point.
Right.
Phoneposting people.
Phoneposting people on /fa/ and Sup Forums, who are filthy normalfags.
