Yes. In X-Men vs. Street Fighter, she had a dash move that grabbed on contact, she'd kiss her opponent, and then she'd get an arbitrary move from them to use herself. If you kissed Akuma, you'd get Raging Demon as a super as well.
In Marvel 2 they removed it because 50 characters instead of like 17.
