Who's pedro? Some random spic?

This guy could be out doing important things with his intelligence like solving world hunger or developing an alternative fuel source instead of fooling around with a 20 year old game

>implying you can't do that on the side for fun while developing computer software that does just that

user pls

kys

Why? He's actually right.

>implying world hunger hasn't already been solved

Why aren't you doing those things?

Why would you assume he's any good at "solving world hunger" or developing alternative fuel, just because he's autistic about a vidya game.

You're both colossal retards.

>but since we're already dead, nothing special really happens

Autists understand more than you give them credit for.

I was 11 when this game came out...

>solving world hunger
this would be possibly the worst thing that ever happened to the world

Kind of. He was a Mario 64 speedrunner who found a glitched out spot where you could make Mario float in the air, gaining "speed" as he floats there, so when you finally unlodge him he takes off like a bullet. Pannenkoek calls any spot where you can do that a "Pedro spot". So basically, the Large Hadron Collider, but applied to short Italian plumbers instead of particles.

Thanks for the explanation

>poor niggers in africa still hunger :'((

good.

No problem user.

Random racism never fails to be funny

>nuke planet
>solve world hunger
>literal genie strikes again

>We're already dead

>wanting to fuck up earth even more with another green revolution

This.

You retards don't understand the effects of overpopulation.

And an alternate fuel source already exists, it's called Nuclear fucking energy, but your big oil want you to keep using gas cars and coal to power your lives.

Electric cars already exist, nuclear energy have been viably safe for decades now. Once you got a nuclear grid providing most of the power, build shittons of solar and wind farms, and you're good. No reason not to switch at this point.

Then let the sand niggers die from war and famine. Send whitey to Mars and Venus, and populate the solar system with the advent of Solar Sails and Pion Rockets.

A spaz fixating on invisible numbers is isn't going to solve shit

We don't treat some of our population like altruist slaves just because they happened to be born smarter than everyone else. The average person has the capacity to create big changes as well, until the average person picks up the slack it's retarded to only hold a select few people responsible for carrying the burden for everyone, just because they would happen to be the best at it.

>solving world hunger
The solution already exists, no government wants to put it forward however. Don't look towards scientists for this one.

Overpopulation is a myth m8. We grow enough food to feed everyone in the world and then some, the problem is distribution, especially in the 3rd world.

No he couldn't, redditor

Guys, guys, quit jumping. You're gonna prolong the fire indefinitely.

>It's a myth m8

Tell that to China and India.

I imagine if you live in the countryside and never travel, you'd never really get an appreciation for it, but an increase in population = an increase in need for energy, fresh water, crops, land, and most importantly, and increase in waste produced. The first two are already MAJOR problems as it is. Solve the hunger problem, and suddenly these people demand more water and energy, and produce more waste. And when the fastest growing segment of the population is made up of superstitious Muslims, well... desu, they can meet their untimely end for all I care. It's not my problem to solve, they should work it out and solve it themselves, if they can't, and die out in the process, then good.

>pannenkoek
>koek
Wasn't it pannenkeok?

That's his secondary channel

If anything is the redditors who keep memeing about this guy

Never denied that

Specifically, his secondary channel is way more active and imo way more interesting than his primary one, but I'm a huge computer science nerd so take that with a grain of salt. His primary one is where he uploads proper runs of different segments and stuff, and the secondary one is where he posts these in-depth analyses of Mario 64's mechanics. The one I posted in the OP is here: youtube.com/watch?v=XeGNpeFOOCY

Even if you're not a computer nerd he's pretty down to earth with his explanations, if anything I'm just more impressed by it because I'm amazed he figured out all these internal mechanics on his own.

>So basically, the Large Hadron Collider, but applied to short Italian plumbers instead of particles
ded

You should go to Venus

>walk by some urban youths
>they point and laugh at me about how I'm "the type of nigga to activate a scuttlebug from inside its radius"
Fucking kids these days

Gladly.

>the problem is distribution
Yes, but fixing distribution implies socialism, right now anyone who deserves the food can get it at third world countries, you just need to work for it

Africa is an exception I guess?

Where were you in January
youtube.com/watch?v=kpk2tdsPh0A

I was here, I think I just skipped the part where he says pedro

>The solution already exists

???

>DUDE IF YOU OVERFLOW A COUNTER IT CAUSES EFFECTS TO RESET
Stop posting this meme man

I don'T know why you guys are so obsessed with this, this is just simple programming and a bit of autism, this takes at max a couple of hours to figure out.

276 days is nothing.
He simulated Tick Tock Clock for 50 YEARS

you're overestimating the average youtube commenter and Sup Forums goer

>nuclear energy
M8 it's not even been used for a century and the disposal is already causing problems. And it takes millenia for it to become relatively harmless.

youtube.com/watch?v=DdDI53VeGAc

Pannenkoek is literally the best YouTuber.
>No shitty intros
>No "what's up YouTube?! I'm pannenkoek"
>Videos go always straight to the point
>No monetisation even though he'd be a billionaire
>No patreon
>Soothing voice
>no """humour"""
>Explains everything extremely well
>Has a mission
>As soon as everything that needs to be explained is explained, the video abruptly ends. No outros, no "don't forget to like and subscribe", no bullshit

He's basically Jesus

Clearly the solution is to go to a parallel universe where death is not a concept

Panenkoek2012: Not for fame. Not for fortune. Not for pancakes. Not for any cause or belief. Purely for game mechanics.

but first.....

Because he's not a guy with an IQ of 145

He doesn't use the term in that particular video. Watch some of his other videos, they're pretty damn interesting.

This is the secret to his success

>dutch people
>best at anything

Dacht het niet amigo

whats going on in here

Google "Breeder reactors."

They're common in France. Where 80% of their energy is Nuclear.

Post your face when you realise that Pannenkoek NEVER explicitly says "But first, we need to talk about parallel universes"

Do you have any objections to Mario burning for 72 hours, TK "Henry" Yoshi?

>But since we're already dead, nothing special really happens

This needs to be a Sup Forums banner.

And right now you could be outside helping people in need instead of shitposting on an anonymous imageboard.

Nuclear energy sucks so much Calculus II professors use radioactive decay as an example of how crazy exponential growth and decay formulas can get.

He never said "at first", I'm mad people keep saying that when he never did in the first place.

Forgot to post an easy source you can check by yourself: cims.nyu.edu/~kiryl/Calculus/Section_3.4--Exponential_Growth_and_Decay/Exponential_Growth_and_Decay.pdf

Yeah, it's one of those misquotes that became so ubiquitous that it just stuck. Like "Luke, I am your father."

He does actually say "but first" in the video, but in a completely different part of the video. If I recall correctly, he says "But first, we need to clear something up," before talking about the definition of a half A press.

>BURNING ALIVE for 276 DAYS
holy fuck

Found the Belgian guy

And? That doesn't prove why it's not a viable energy source.

hey guys im gonna get squeaky clean here now scootch over

He mentions other people that discovered things he uses. Other people discovered pedro spots and how to build speed in shallow water indefinitely, not him.

Wait when?

>feed all the Africans who cant support themselves so they can make even more kids who all cant support themselves so their kids can make E V E N M O R E kids who cant support themselves

Surely theres no way this could go wrong

That's 9 months.
Mario was on fire for 9 months.

Post your favorite.

youtube.com/watch?v=0NA_Nq7oZZU

He makes humourous remarks in voice commentated videos.
I'm pretty sure he's not Dutch, he sounds American.

but first

>no one has gotten the $1000 for the upwarp in TTC

youtube.com/watch?v=pdXyDLsemz8

best commentary

you can join him, my dude

That must hurt

this is so ignorant

But then why is his name Pannenkoek?

I'm dubbing this sort of thing as "grandma logic". It's like when you help your grandma with really simple computer shit and she gets mad at you for not working for NASA.

epic

i guess he's smart enough to know that that's stupid

Wasn't there a video that saved a shitload of A pressed but required like 700 years so it was an unusable trick?

I don't remember this page in the SM64 manual.

>solving world hunger
so like create a virus that kills lazy and stupid human beings?

This, what about anything being posted is supposed to be impressive?

This shit would make shigeru kill himself

There's a video that explains a strat that would take the entire lifespan of the universe in order to achieve.
youtube.com/watch?v=X4k5NGUjTWs

Fucking hurry up and get started then.

I don't know, but I could see something like that happening. Like, if you had a 2-byte (0-65535) value that incremented once every second, then every time it looped around it incremented another one once, and then you had to align those two variables to a specific value.

I don't know exactly what kind of scenario would bring that about but I could imagine some if I thought about it for a few minutes. Namely stuff that cycles through values like the game's RNG method.

back in elementary we had to write an essay and the topics was something like "what do you need to solve one of worlds problems (cancer, hunger etc)" and I chose AIDS. I didn't knew shit about aids other than it's a virus for gays. Also my uncle had lots of WWII books including books with holocaust pictures. I didn't understand it at that time and I thought Jews were infected people that had to be killed so I used that example in the essay.

I'd give that essay an A, but then I would mysteriously vanish the next day.

But we solved AIDS ages ago. It's only rampant where treatment isn't accessible or affordable.

Second one of these posts is me. And of course, it's pretty damn close. Gaming the RNG values on the cogs, but holy fuck all this other shit on the level is calling RNG too, so basically you literally have to wait for the stars to align in a certain way and bam, A presses saved.

>kill all black people
>end world hunger
>end gun violence
>end AIDS
>end welfare
>harambe still alive

Why are we not funding this?

Our ancestry.

Genies are dicks.
