Just torrent the 1.0 version of the game. Has 1080 resolution option (removed in later patches) and more mods work better and mroe stable than later versions.

I've modded my game to make all the gangs different colors.
Ballas - Blue

Vagos - Black
Even modified the cutscene NPCs and changed some of the clothing thats green for CJ to red.
Changed the jeans into OG Loc's pants because they look cool and hated not being able to have them.
Unfortunately, ruined my files with some mod that was supposed to change some textures.
Have the raw files if anyone wants me to upload them for them to manually install with a IMG tool.
