Force them to make a better fallout game

The experiments are 4 interactions with a terminal to decide the "outcome" of a device (bicycle, soda fountain, eye test machine, slot machine), then you're left with a vault to do what you want with. The outcomes barely change anything except for what a settler says about the machine when they walk past it or use it.
