It looks fucking awesome, ODSTs were the best part of each Halo game.

Halo 3: ODST was the best video game even though a lot was cut and the devs were rushed. Maybe I'm just really into games that put you as a more common soldier but I really liked the mood of that game, plus the enemies were finally difficult on Heroic mode.

Am I the only one upset that we weren't able to cap elites in ODST? It takes place during Halo 2 so the brutes shouldn't take over for another couple weeks.

ODST was the best Halo campaign and anyone who thinks otherwise can hold that opinion if they want, it's all a matter of taste after all.

I prefer Halo 2 for the Sacred Icon/Quarantine Zone level. Loads of enemies, allies, and vehicles.

In Halo 2 Regret's ship finds Earth and then jumps through slipspace to installation-05, where Chief follows him. Halo 3: ODST takes place in New Mombasa after the slipspace rupture caused by Regret's ship demolishes the city.

Yes, it takes place after Regret leaves for Delta Halo. The entire game takes place before Chief comes back to earth, it's called Halo 3 ODST because it uses Halo 3's engine and assets.

ODST occurs after the second or third level in Halo 2 when one of the prophets jumps into slip space or something, and that is what causes your drop pod to scatter [I think your team was actually meant to land on the prophets ship]. Something like that, it's been a while. So it happens during / after 2.

Just cut out the transition parts, so you can see all the action

When you follow Regret's ship to Delta Halo you still fight Elites for another level. And the Arbiter even goes to chat with the Prophets and bumps into Half-jaw after Regret dies.
