Doesn't fucking exist. Even if you get a GTX1080 now, you're going to run like shit on top-end games in 6 years or less.
Even if you SLI those bitches it's just going to be a louder, hotter machine than if you were to just buy the newer model six years from now.
3-4 years is a pretty healthy/reasonable cycle to expect to have to replace your GPU if you want to be able to play anything on high settings comfortably.

There was a scheet made by reviewers where they compared every Nvidia driver since release and every release improved by a bit.
