I agree that she needed a buff more than any hero in the game. My only complaint post buff is that it feels like D.Va players are spamming her ult too often and immediately re-summoning mech. I think the rate at which her ult charges was a bit too generous.

I just went 10 games straight stomping her ass as Reinhardt with just sweeping, then Lucio, shes shit, shes always been shit, they can buff her all they want but the fact remains her only move is "NERF THIS" and you can easily nerf it with walls and shields.

It's just a bit of an overtweak, too many relatively small changes that suddenly made her extremely strong.
It's kind of like how McCree got his fairly long range back and now he's good again but add on another 2 small buffs to D.va and that's what it is.
The only thing that really needs to be dialed back a little if anything is her Defense Matrix. Being a toggle is a good change but it last so fucking long and if you toggle it right it it's up again really fast, too. With other shields in the game you can at least shoot them to break them, hers just eats EVERYTHING.

There are very very few situations where a Full Reinhardt shield will go down in less that 4 seconds. Reinhardt's shield also will fully recharge in less than 10 seconds assuming you don't use it again half full.

There's Zarya beam and Winston electricity. Reinhardt. You can hook her but she can just pop it on your face again. The fact that it eats any projectile makes it amazing, but it being up all the time pretty much now is a giant "fuck you" button.

yeah i've had many encounters where zenyattas balls/mei's ice projectile miss heads when they clearly shouldnt.
especially the zenyattas balls feel like they have the size of bullets now.
It only starts being a pain once they start jumping up and down on your head at which point they've probably distracted you long enough to get blown up by their team.
Everything that breaks Reinhardt shield or Winstons bubble it completely negates, though. You can just take pot shots at it to apply pressure, even a Bastion is useless when her matrix is up, which now is pretty often.

D.va is great for distraction and damage absorbing. Everytime I play capture the 2 points map with D.va we always seem to win

She has max 4 seconds up time and a full recharge takes 10 seconds. Defense Matrix seems to be up all the fucking time now because people need to relearn how to deal with it. D.va gets more use out of it now if people stop shooting it. Play D.va and count how many times people stop shooting you and look for something else to do because they don't know that you only have a second of charge left when you bring defense matrix up. Once people learn to make her use more charge by not backing off, it won't seem so strong.

It is the same, they just decreased her spread to give the illusion that she's better. She does the same damage if you're playing her properly. There's no reason to harass enemies at mid-range as D.va because you'll be the biggest target/ult-battery on your team and everyone surrounding the person you're firing at will focus on you. The only thing she's useful for now is her Defense Matrix and ultimate.
She's got shorter effective range that Reinhard, and her shields are not as spammable as his. Defensively, she went from useless to good, and her ult went from never killing anyone with a brain to scoring a few kills.
