It's a shame the steam page makes it look like a walking simulator and shows absolutely none of the real game at all. What the shit were they thinking with marketing.

Sniper Girl is my casual filter it seems. I can get to her final form without dying but then go down so quickly.
For the record, I got through The Scale on my first go, only dying once because I mistimed a few counters on the stage before. That seems like the closest Final Stage to compare it to at least.

You have WAY more time than it seems when she aims at you with the sniper.
take your time to go to a cover, don't panic.
She just fires as soon as you're behind covers.
I would never have tried it if it wasn't free. Even then I was torn on bothering. It's ok, but I doubt I'll finish it, the walking bits are beyond awful and a lot of the boss attack sets aren't particularly fun to counter.
I love this game. Plowed through furi and furier mode in one day and ruined my sleep schedule over it.
The Edge on Furier can suck my dick, though. Those feints are goddamn bullshit.
Enjoyed it until the last phase of the sniper. I'm too casual to beat it I guess.

He's the fucking architect. He built the damn thing. If he didn't want to stay there literally all he had to do was not make it impossible for guardians to leave without death. He killed them all and he deserves to die for it.

It basically mocks anyone playing on Promenade by not giving any achievements and the message at the end of Furier difficulty, IIRC, implies that if you're not willing to beat the game on its hardest difficulty and learn all the ins and outs of it, you're not a "real gamer" or something.
I might be remembering it wrong, but seeing that message left me with a really bad taste in my mouth.
I don't know what Promenade means, I thought the lowest difficulty was Furi? Or isn't it a difficulty.
Either way that's hardly elitist, the entire game is learning set patterns, you should be mocked if you can't do it
furi is normal, Promenade is easy

Every boss is like that on furier mode. I was stuck on sniper girl for a while too.

Thats a shame, people who enjoy it are generally people who like souls type games, where the fun is in conquering a mountian of difficulty.

Not every marketing campaign is purely positive, bringing negativity or a scapegoat can make the ad more believable and idiot like you to think there's no way this is an ad since they talked shit on something that is basically unimportant to your final decision.
