Academy has more shit for multiplayer, but Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast is a hundred times better as a single player game.

They're similar, but they're built off a more rigidly-d20 engine. Since you like Origins you should really enjoy them - KotOR is fine as it is, but you'll want The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod for II

battlefront 2 is definitely still worth playing for the single player alone. I doubt multiplayer would be that fun anyways.

Its a mod for Jedi Academy you probably might have seen mentioned on here. It has the most developed light saber combat system of any star wars game, the catch is its a multiplayer mod and the only people who play it have been playing it for over 10 years and will wreck you till you figure it out.

From what little I played and watched of The Force Unleashed games, they seemed kinda repetitive but really well made.
Had more fun than what I played of the God of War/Castlevania Lords of Shadow games.

I enjoyed Episode 1: Jedi Power Battles when I was younger. Had the PSX version and played mostly co-op.

Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast (academy is good too I guess but haven't played it much)

And something no one seems to have mentioned yet, Star Wars: Empire at War. It's and RTS, I remember it being pretty fun.
