Marble Hornets was pretty cool in it's time.
To bad the ending was a bit lackluster and out of theme with the rest of the series.

the first FNAF was a misterious and interesting game with alot of secrets and lore in the game, then the dev became a massive sellout that relied on the hugbox of the autistic community instead of trying to improve with actual criticism

Most of the shit Sup Forums hates on because its popular are actually good but slenderman was never liked and in fact shit.

I remember playing Minecraft like a motherfucker before it got popular too.

I remember back in The Witcher 1 and 2 days most of Sup Forums collectively loved that franchise. Then when 2 made the devs a lot of money they officially became an AAA studio, and even though TW3 is the best in the series, the amount of shitposting and hate is astronomical compared to how it used to be. Mostly due to the Sup Forums popularity hate train and the newfags coming in and trying to fit in, assuming that aince its an AAA dev they automatically have to hate and nitpick it.

I wonder how much shitposting there would have been if TW series was ALWAYS popular.
