What's the verdict on Pokemon Go?

Only autistic manchildren will keep playing this shit

It is shit but i understand why people play it, however in a year or so there will be no one playing it unless they make drastic changes

without PVP, the game is pointless

Its incredible popularity indicates how good it could have been and there are plenty of ways it could be improved.

I fully expect there will be changes made to the game and updates that fix bugs and add more features. At the moment it's not really worth the struggle so I've just secured my username and now I'm waiting for things to improve.

Pretty fun right now, it was nice to relive a bit of the 90's craze. However the app is severely lacking in features and everyone will drop it by the end of August. Will probably boost the sales of the new minline games later this year which is a good thing.

Flavor of the month.
Everyone I know stopped playing after less than a week.

Literally only Normie's are playing this. Keep projecting

It's kind of fun if you play in a city with some friends for the day. Outside of that it's shallow and not very interesting.

A lot of potential--Nintendo is probably weighing the options right now whether or not to add traditional Pokemon elements but that would mean RIP to main Pokemon games and gamefreak

Hatching eggs is a good motivation for running and cycling.

I have a lot more fun actually going outside into town with my friends playing this, going out to lunch, just having a ball, then sitting inside and bitching about it on Sup Forums.

Gonna get myself to autistically fill the entire pokedex and probably get to level 25. Then gonna put it down till they release gen 2 pokemon.

Fun as a time waster, so by that definition its a really good mobile game

Gets boring real quick. Although it did make wanna emulate Pokémon Yellow

It's garbage and I'm bored.

So it captures the spirit of the series?

GOTTA CATCH EM' ALL

A decent little game to play in small bursts when you'd otherwise be idle
If you play it obsessively you're going to get bored really quick, though/

It's cute and can encourage social gathering. My friend and I had fun going around the city seeing all the cool little land marks and talking with other people playing. It's not deep but whatever.

This is a game that can ONLY work with this many people playing.

I talked to some of my neighbors for the very first time because theres a park across the road that is a pokestop that we occupy at late nights.

This game is the perfect excuse for friendless autists on Sup Forums to bother random people about gay little monsters they collect.
Its a free pass.

I can't say I know how well off this game will be in the future, but I can guarantee that people will drop off once they introduce more pokemon to the mix.
There will be a fair few instances of "what the fuck is this shit? uninstalled".

The game doesn't crash as much now, but fuck them for fucking up the Footprint thing and the location image that shows you where you caught a mon.

I enjoy knowing that theres a lot of chuckle fucks who aren't entirely out to rob me.
or
If any consolation, there will at least be plenty of witnesses to my stabbing.

This game has done some good things for people I know.
A dropkick Sup Forums autist of a friend of mine whos was always on the verge of suicide (or at least whining about it) finally got a girl that doesn't despise him.

Its fun.

If I'm already walking somewhere, it's something to do while I'm going there.

Not worth dedicating a substantial amount of time to though.

Well to be fair back when Pokemon go was still in its hush hush stages, they did say that there will be some compatability between the 3DS pokemon games and Pokemon GO

How they'll do it I'm not sure, but I imagine its something like transfer your pokemon go pokemon to Sun n Moon and the CP correlates to Levels I guess.

Played it every day for 2 weeks until Japan got it. Then played through Pokemon Blue and beat it. Got my fill of Pokemon Go.

lvl 25 here
I think i'm gonna stop playing, the hype is gone and there's nothing left to do.
My highest pokemon is ~2000 PC,and most gyms only have 1200 PC pokemons, everything is kinda boring now.

Is this still saying every Pokemon nearby is 3 steps away? Like come the fuck on, I didn't know if I was getting closer to a Beedrill or a Seel at all today.

Makes walking to class more entertaining. It doesn't cost me anything. Normies love it, but they'll die off soon.
I'm really casual though, I've been playing since release in the US and I'm only level 11.

Also if she on team Valor she a thot.
If he on the yellow one he a thot.
Watch out for the Mystic Masterrace.
