Overlord 1 was vastly superior

2 had it's moments but it just wasn't as good setting and story wise

Don't forget the lack of spells when compared to the first one.

Can you play it on PC at all? I tried to emulate it but it doesn't work for some reason.

I emulated fine some time ago. But my controller acted wonky as shit, didn't tried with another game. But it still have the physical game so it's fine anyway.

Why did A and AA games have to die? It just hit me after playing Bulletstorm yes it's AAA but it's close enough of AA that how 360 and PS3 were the last consoles to have AA games.

The industry these days relies on big studios and indie studios. The middle size studios are all ded thanks to publishers like EA buying them, forcing them to make shit games, then closing them because of weak sales.

Correction, just simply "ArcaniA". Not made by PB, it had been declared non-canon, and the "Gothic" part got removed from the title. Just check Steam, it's only ArcaniA now. As it should be.

LoK wouldn't be that terrible, but I can see how they would utterly destroy any semblance of lore and story in this day and age. Nosgoth seriously depressed me, the fact that they literally took the barebones of dead sun, reskinned a few models and tried to turn it into a multiplayer game disgusts me to no end. Also no tony jay so pz to any hopes of proper narration.

I got the game second hand off a friend with their PS3, bought a new copy that wasn't scratched and bought it on steam. I don't even regret it, Darksiders 1 was fucking amazing.

I found that I got attached to my minions more in Overlord 2, so much so that I finished the game with at least half of my originals. I also loved how much more items there were for them, especially since some were one offs.
