You can't play with friends which means no co-op, so the answer is pretty much no.

It's multiplayer in the sense that the school copy of Lord of the Flies you read with a penis scribbled into the margin is multiplayer.

No, they scrapped that. You'll mostly run into the stuff they discovered and maybe some of the big actions they made (like destroying a space station) will stick but that's about it

Best you can hope for is ghost images of other players, and even then it won't even trigger that often, even if you and your friend are in the exact same spot at the same time. There's no multiplayer. Stop posting.

Half of the time it's shitposters repeating it like it's some dank meme, and the other half it's people that got tricked by the meme or just weren't paying attention from the start. Expect to see it for at least a week or so after release.

I dont have high hopes for the game im just hoping that the thing at the center of the Universe is some kind of monster/ evil race rather than a black hole or a shitty easter egg

The game looks pretty bad to be quite honest. Like Minecraft in space with procedurally generated planets, flora and fauna.

Sure it'll be fun for 2-3 days to post comfy planets you find or cool and funny creatures you run across, but there isn't much to this game.

It won't take long for you to get bored of the slight variations this game uses to promise "infinite content".

You're gonna see the same trees on planet X as on planet Y before long, except the leaves are a bit more pink.

Or you'll see a wolf on planet A that you saw on planet B but now it has longer legs and such.

The game makes a lot of use of these variables. They programmed a bunch of base models and now the game randomly adjusts colors, size etc. of various body parts

I think it looks pretty comfy, about what I expected.
Some of the stuff like the resource breaking/harvesting is janky as fuck though.
