So, I've been up a little over 36 hours now, and sometimes still pictures look like they move slightly and realistically to how I imagine this would, and this actually bothered me a little.

Yeah, I got on an adderall xr script for Uni that messed with my sleep schedule, so I've tried to settle it back, but I guess I overshot it some. Trust me, this is nothing compared to how bad I was in high school. At around 72 hours, I actually lose the ability to read without full focus.

I really want to get into another horror game that doesn't look and feel like it was funded by kickstarter. Already played the Amnesias, the Penumbras, Soma, and Outlast. Any suggestions?

I only played 1 and 2. The original is spooky enough but the series veered away from that style and became more of a character story.

Played Ib and I think that's about it. I thought it was really enjoyable, spooky but without any jumpscares IIRC.

Well to be honest I just got really fucking pissed in the library because they kept charging me and beating my ass, there's was no tension because even with me looking them in the eyes they just seemed to rush at me whenever the fuck they wanted.

It's an enjoyable game. In fact, I played it last year. Experimenting and getting all endings is fun.
But it just isn't scary.

It wasn't that good and there was nowhere near as many death scenes as Demonophobia was. It was really disappointing.
