I remember last year Koei Tecmo held a poll on what fans of the series would like to see for the next Dynasty Warriors spinoff, and the top two answers were Fire Emblem and Kancolle.

For all of the other entries they said things like "Oh, we'd love to do that, that's such a good idea!" like, basic opinion sharing.

For Kancolle and FE they said "No Comment"

Don't know. It's just my theory on it. As I said I think it is one of if not the most want Musou game. And most likely be the highest selling game this gen (even if you combine all the CoD ports). I mean Pokken beat out SF 5 in sales I heard.
