Undertale

Ocarina of Time

Fallout 4

System Shock 2

Mario Maker

Ride To Hell: Retribution

Gamefaqs covered this.
It's Undertale.

Baldur's Gate 2

Tetris, if anyone disagrees they're legitimately stupid

final fantasy VII
super mario galaxy 2
starcraft broodwar
alien vs predator 2 AJL mod R2
Super Smash Brothers Wii U

Gone Home obviously.

SimCity 4 + NAM is literally perfect.

Do large cities still produce massive lag?

All the porn flash games in newgrounds.
Skyrim & Fallout porn mods can't even top that kind of talent.

Legitimately this

Overwatch probably.

Honestly its tetris, metroid and pokemon (all original versions)

Tetris

My vote goes for Tetris.

I don't agree that Metroid is the best game ever but it is underrated as fuck, so overshadowed by Super. It's one of those games that is just fun to run around in, I can't believe how polished it is.

youtube.com/watch?v=WVTzg2kvNaQ

The whole game seriously feels like the pilot from Space Invaders or Galaga has begun their ground offensive, it has a classic arcade game feel rather than Super's spooky vibe.

B

Pokémon Soul Silver

I mean as a side scroller shooter or whatever. I really hate how people default to super instead of metroid, but so be it.

tee bee hej I prefer cities skylines

f zero gx

Bloodborne

Tetris is the most flawless game of all time.

Bloodborne

Spore

Pokemon doesn't even come close to a "best game" title.
It's too brain dead easy that there's literally nothing challenging you. It shouldn't be called a game in the first place.
It's an adventure simulator where you collect wacky animals and make them battle other people's animals that are all the same type for no reason.

I'm not sure how I should feel towards this post.

KoTOR 2

I come from the alternate universe where EA wasn't the publisher for it and Molyneux didn't fail to deliver ever.

This.

Vanilla wow was THE experience.

Want to play a huge rpg that you literally had to sink days into in order to experience the large amount of content? Vanilla WoW

Want the experience of having to find actual people to help you with quests or explore and complete dungeons with? Vanilla WoW

Want to be a highleveled dick and ninja loot raid bosses? Vanilla WoW

Vanilla WoW was absolute dogshit, but we all fucking loved every minute of it.

The game is about the competitive scene. No one actually cares about becoming a Pokémon master or whatever

Deus Ex.

Oh Jesus mug nigga right here

I don't get it though.
It's boring as fuck. It's even less interesting than hearthstone because it has no random element.

>random
>good

I bet you think monopoly is a good board game you fag

it's okay
you don't like fun?

The best fun is the fun you make, not what some fucking RNG does.

>mfw tetris was almost overtaken by minecraft so they added "mobile phones that came with tetris" to the "paid downloads" category to bump the number up

Battleborn, no doubt!

It has badass characters, thrilling single player mode and a really competitive scene going on in the multiplayer. Only the best of the best are allowed!!

>implying anything else matters besides getting the first 2 lots and the last 3 lots in monopoly
>"monoply is rng! you cant buy other peoples lots!"

t. Stefan Molyneux

Undertale

MGS2

Whats the best game never made?

mml3

Half Life 1

If you're talking about competitive scenes then no way is the original versions the best games. Gen 1's meta is utterly fucked.

Gen 4 had the best competitive scene. Pokemon in general is in no way the best game ever anyway though.

it's a kid's game you manchild. it doesn't sell as much as it does because of the "competitive scene", it sells that much because it's how most little kids get introduced to video games.

monopoly

...

my personal favorite.

Fallout 4

day of sex

it wasn't molyneux's game though.

the game of love

Prey 2

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

There are no valid criticisms of this game.

Wing Commander

Bloodborne

Don't forget about Skyrim™ Remastered™

I agree with this man

Sentinels Of The New Republic

Legitimate contenders.

Special props to my nigga that posted Future Cop

That sound amazing!
Where can I buy this game?

At the time I might have agreed but have you tried it recently? It just doesn't hold up.

San Andreas Multiplayer: Cops n Robbers mod

I'm an old fag and have played an absolute fuck load of games, out of all the fucking games I've played, which I emphasise is a fuck load, this was the best multiplayer experience there was to be had.

Honestly impressive how a little mod actually made Grand Theft Auto work as a proper multiplayer experience where crime could be more organised and fun instead of the chaotic shitpile that all other GTA multiplayer experiences have been.

Just playing as a cop is like the most pure and visceral trolling experience ever, staking out various robbery areas or just following some asshole and ticketing them for every little violation, or just looking up the most wanted and chasing them down across the map. Just totally cool.

And when you win the lottery, you get such a rush as you realise that you are now a walking target and all the biggest criminals on the server are suddenly making a fucking beeline for you, and you have a few minutes to somehow stash this money safely, knowing that the banks are camped out and people just want to murder you. Then you start putting huge hits out on the biggest players.

This isn't even to mention the hilarity of raping players and giving them STDs, or pretending to be a taxi and kidnapping them.

Christ it's just pure, pure, pure fun.

CrazyBob should be fucking hired by Rockstar, seriously.

Zoocube

me

KOTOR

Twewy

Terranigma

I do a playthrough at least every year. The last one was around last Christmas. On Dosbox, you have to fiddle with the CPU cycles to get it just right. For me it's about 3000 if I remember correctly.

My dream is that one day modders can get their hands on the source code so they can upgrade the sprites. They look terrible up-close, and capital ships scale terribly.

IWFTH

So far, it's The Witcher 3 unequivocally. No one need respond. It's just the answer.
