That's the basic list
For the mobo and processor I'd just get them both at microcenter to save 50 dollars
microcenter.com /product /451885 /Core_i5-6600K_35GHz_1151_Boxed_Processor
microcenter.com /product /459896 /Z170-E_LGA_1151_ATX_Intel_Motherboard
As for windows
You can just download a clean copy of 10 from microsoft's website and use the tool to put it on a usb
microsoft.com /en-us /software-download /windows10 /
Since it doesn't need a cd key, once you're at the desktop, just download and activate easily with a few clicks with this

Any reliable keygens for 7?
August 4, 2016 - 03:44
No I need a clean iso and most are virus ridden. MS requires a key for their iso now

Logicalincrements is another good reference site. $800-$1200 is the sweet spot for cost/value.
August 4, 2016 - 04:01
Eh I was never too fond of them since they're too general
Look at the cpu builds between the 800-900
logicalincrements.com /
The i5 6600k is only mentioned at the 1k mark
Meanwhile you can easily build one for 856 as listed here

just know ahead of time you will probably go 200 over budget and if you are like me will be too lazy to use most of your rebates.

This checks out pretty well. Thanks.
What do I do for a monitor? No idea on the standards for that.

I'm playing the latest games using my 5 year old mobo, cpu and ram. All I've upgraded is my GPU.
I wouldn't spend loads. My 970 dies all I want. I don't really play much lately, but I can't see a reason to go higher than that.

pcpartpicker.com /list /RN3Pnn I added a 250GB SSD. Will both fit into the case?
I'm reading this question back and it sounds retarded, but I think you get it.
August 4, 2016 - 04:31
Well I want the games to look legit.

I've heard Samsung SSD's die quickly, is this true and if so what other SSD would you recommend?
August 4, 2016 - 04:32
They have a 2m hour mtbf rate these days, and they generally come with 3-5 year warranties. It isn't 2009 anymore.
August 4, 2016 - 04:34
Had mine for 2 years and I work it as if I want it to break. Still fine.
August 4, 2016 - 04:36
Yea
>Install up to three 3.5" and two 2.5" drives simultaneously - tool free
You can have 3 normal hdds and 2 ssds at the same time I think
