>want to replay game
>remember that part
Want to replay game
The Fade
>the depths
>lost izalith
>catacombs
>tomb of giants
>new londo
They're not even hard, I just dont want to play them again.
>new londo
What's wrong with New Londo? I personally think it's a good area, only a bit too short.
Flying School
Peragus
First 20-30 levels of any Fallout or TES game
What's wrong with any of them?
So much this. I love replaying DA from time to time, but holy shit this part is fucking horribble.
I remember that part being frustrating as all hell when I first played it on by 360 back in '08. I recently replayed Dead Space on my PC and was dreading getting to that point, honestly thinking it would be where my playthrough would stop. Got past it on my first try and was left feeling very confused about why it was so hard all those years ago. I was still using a 360 controller, so it's not like I had some huge mouse & keyboard advantage.
in pc theres a mod so you can skip the fade
First 5-10 hours of anything Bioware ever did
>half life
>everything before when you first fight the marines
>plants vs zombies
>the night levels
>deus ex human revolution
>the missing link dlc
>final fantasy 7
>cloud's hallucination in the life stream
>final fantasy 8
>disc 3
>undertale (inb4 b8)
>hotland and those fucking messages
Deus Ex
>Liberty Island
>Area 51
>deus ex human revolution
>the missing link dlc
Fucking this.
Don't get me wrong, TML is excellent, but it's such a spike in difficulty compared to the main game. It doesn't help that you lose all your shit.
The entire game, no idea why I am so addicted
You guys are bitches, it's one of the best parts of the game, it mixes things up and keeps things interesting.
Unlike the dwarf politics leading to the Deep Roads, three hours of repetitive caves, repetitive enemies, loot you can't carry, can't leave and return efficiently, pure grind.
That part wasn't bad, were you playing with a controller?
All the driving/boating in HL2 really kills it for me when I try to replay it.
Fuck missing link so fucking hard
So much back tracking and If you dont have your strength up on the prison block part you cant move the wooden crates/break through the walls to sneak around and It just makes the whole fucking thing a chore.
I've been trying to beat it and the rest of HR before the next one comes out but I got to the Burke fight and just can't bring myself to do it.
Is it at least almost over after the boss fight? And do I have a lot of the HR story left after that?
Probably the start of Yakuza 4. As cool as Akiyama is, I hate that he was basically the tutorial chapter and all the boring shit happens when you play as him
The backtracking is what I hated the most as well as the removed augments. I know that it made sense originally as it was a stand alone DLC but at least give me the option to skip TML entirely.
>Is it at least almost over after the boss fight?
It's pretty much the end of it, yeah.
>And do I have a lot of the HR story left after that?
Only two areas of the game left afterwards.
>astroid blaster
>hard
the only difficult part in DS1 is probably near the end when you're trollying the market on a track and you're being flanked by necromorphs - even then it's easier compared to 2 when you have multiple leapers on your ass
and I liked DA:O but it has to be the most unreplayable good rpg I've ever seen
>first hour or two of twilight princess
>driving minigame in sly 1
>"The Driver" in vice city
Burke is pretty much the last gameplay element. You get ALL of your original equipment and Praxis back (since it's Praxis and not the augments themselves, you can get different augments if you didn't like your old ones).
IIRC you have 2 'dungeons' of normal HR left. It goes back to normal HR gameplay after The Missing Link.
I didn't mind the Fade but fuck me the dwarven political simulator section was fucking terrible.
Thank fuck, otherwise I was gonna call it quits and not even bother with Mankind Divided
>metro: annoying librarians
>metro 2: annoying swamps
>la noire: shitty homicide desk
>want to replay Demon's Souls
>remember all the bosses are shit
>metro2033
>remember all the fucking time you have to follow NPC
>remember end tower
>remember intro
>remember commie station
Stop making this thread.
bed of chaos
...
>witcher 1
>swamp
>intro
I started playing Banjo Kazooie again. I completely forgot about the quiz part. Holy fuck does it suck.
>leveling in alts in WoW
>get to Outland
>yfw you stopped playing because if this part.
Jet Force Gemini
Jesus christ that was already an overlong game without having to backtrack the whole fucking thing all over again
Fucking this. The swamp was climatic as hell but travelling through it was a nightmare
I like Hotland.
>Driver 1
>the tutorial
FUCK THAT SHIT
Hotland itself is actually alright when I think about it, but like I said I despise the constant messages. Also, the puzzles are shit and really easy. I'd say that Waterfall is less replayable but Waterfall was much better than Hotland on the first playthrough.
>m-mummy look! i posted it again! all of my internet friends think i'm funny now:)
Holy fuck you need to go back
I've tried playing this game like five times, and I'm currently the farthest I've ever gotten.
But fuck me I just want to leave this planet.
i'd say the same to you but i know you're already on it on another tab
You're using blasters on your first play through?
Come on, guy.
It's just a google cap.
But, I am indeed using blasters because I just decided I would play as Finn. I was considering using a quarterstaff but then I got Bastila. Should I just go full Jedi too?
On the Sith Governor now, just too lazy to try and fight him again.
Holy shit I know this is famously ridiculed but looking at it again it's so fucking condescending why did they even place that puzzle into the game at all? why not just some fucking cinematic in a game already full of cinematics?
If you're already speccing into ranged, then keep going I guess.
Soldier then Guardian is over powered and really fun. Not that a blaster build isn't too, but for a first run going straight Luke Skywalker is hard to beat.
The only reason I can come up with is that they needed to hammer home "cycles" at the beginning so they could bring it back near the end.
But yeah what the fuck, say some fucking fisherman decides to ring these strange bells a few times. Honestly if they didn't have the game begin with a lighthouse it would have vastly improved it. Just do an observatory or something.
dont underestimated stims, they can really boost your damage, not sure how well they work with ranged though
Since we're on the topic.
I JSUT WANT TO PLAY THROUGH THIS FUCKING GAME
Really? I liked it: it was difficult, but I didn't feel somekind of a "spike". Didn't even strugle that much to finish it in full ghost mode.
>brother borrows N64
>his roommate deletes my Zelda saves
I was stuck on the water temple so it was hopeless anyway, but I don't want to do this fucking race again.
>tfw when I hated Akiyama at first because his section was so dull
At least Dead Souls made up for it
...
AHHHHH FUCK YOU DEEP ROADS ARE COMFY.
Buyou I agree with you on the fade, it really isn't super bad, just sucks to be locked in there
>MGSV
>prologue
i uninstalled after two weeks of not wanting to play through it again and just played GZ instead
Sand zone
Those bubble things from the end of Metro 2033
The Deep Roads were shit in DAO and DA2.
>inb4 DA2 was shit
I liked it.
His section spooked the shit out of me the first time.
...
Noh
...
>optional side quest
A lot of areas in DAO were pretty dull to go through.
>not this
One of these days I'll stop being a minmaxing faggot and start with more than 6 strength.
Jedi Outcast 2 and KOTOR II, Nar Shadaa
I actually like the pre-lightsaber levels in Outcast
I did the asteroid shooting on my first try.
Seriously.
...
Let me guess, you used a mouse?
...
Nope. Xbox 360 version.
I swear, I did it on my first try. I know everyone says it's really hard, and I believe them, but I guess I just got lucky somehow.
FADE SKIP
A
D
E
S
K
I
P
Fuck the deep roads
>I know you are but what am I
>driving minigame in sly 1
WHY DID YOU REMIND ME
No fuck you. You feel in tune with the game, relying on your handcrafted party to get you through on nightmare difficulty, slogging through the monsters and crushing the dark spawn
Fuck Peragus with a rusty knife.
>I liked it.
No you didn't, you don't know what you like
The story
I feel like I'm the only person who enjoys Orzammar and the deep roads
But you can just choose any mission you want in MGSV
I liked both. Dwarves are life
>Super Metroid
>everything past Space Jump
I didn't mind it at all. I liked the feeling of being cut off from the rest of the world. Also that boss at the end was freaky.
>that fucking titty monster
>back of the box
>nudity
>aww yeah
>that thing is why it was there
It's shit like that that made the sequel feel so god damn neutered. Not only was it a worse, copy-pasted, badly written, simplified game, but they completely lost their fantasy balls too.
>The library, Halo CE
Not necessarily hard but more tedious
What the fuck was the ending of the dlc anyway.
Either choose get fucked or fuck you.
The desert section of Castle Crashers is absolutely atrocious. Gimmicky enemies, gimmicky minigames, it's just a chore to get through. Rest of the game is great, though.
The high school escape from Last of Us is insane on any difficulty above normal.
Arkham City before you get the grappling upgrade is intensely frustrating.
Playing through pic related on professional made me want to hang myself.
at least Fem Hawke was a qt, and enjoyable
seriously never do a male playthrough, it's unbearable.
nigga that shit is easy
>The desert section of Castle Crashers is absolutely atrocious.
agreed, and like you said, rest of the game is great. Also the Alien ship sucks, at least the escape part.
Splinter Cell Blacklists base-building
›"The Driver" Vice city
Yeah that mission is Bs unless you park a fast car a little bit away from the start and during the race hop in that car, then it's easy.
I've been replaying 3, VC, and SA on ps4 and it's crazy how many bullshit missions there are in them, especially 3 and Vice city. Like there's some timed missions in 3 that you gotta be on point to complete
...
Best part, it doesn't involve stupid jump scares. Also the animation and gun designe gives me a boner. Just take a look when the shells drop down when you shoot.
...
