Dark Souls 3 also has a luck stat.
It increases item discovery, increases the rate of how fast bleed and poison builds up on enemies, boosts your curse resistance (and a few others, though minimally) and you can utilize hollow infused weapons.

On a lesser scale, all the Dark Souls games have the Symbol of Avarice, which is headgear that gives you an increase in item drops and soul absorption (basically luck). Only negative is that it eats away at your health, but you can obtain items to either lessen the drain or fully nullify this effect. There are also two rings, Covetous Silver Serpent Ring and Covetous Gold Serpent Ring that give and increase in item discovery and an increase in soul drops respectively. This may be farther than what you desire, but there are also other rings/spells/items in these games that allow you to be virtually undetected by enemies, survive fatal attacks, blend into environments, etc.

Fallout: New Vegas is supposedly OP broken if you go the luck route. The Castlevania series has different options to increase your luck with items, gear, etc.

I am sure there are a lot of other games you can go all out. Might not even be labeled as "luck" in some cases but give the same allusion as it (think critical hits, less detection from enemies, etc.).

The game itself is an RNG luckfest. You can master it but at times it can be truly horrifying.
There are heroes with abilities that allow increased dodge and critical attacks. Leper + Occultist with certain trinkets can be pretty devastating.

Luck came back in a big way since there are a bunch of ways to make weapons scale with them now. Peeve, probably the best PvP streamer, almost exclusively focuses on luck builds.

Ragnarok Online had a crit stat. By the vanilla game's rules:

Something most players had no idea existed. Perfect Dodge is separate from normal dodge in RO, which was called Flee. With the right gear, you could get almost 100% immunity to auto-attacks, which made life very easy depending on your role;

After Renewal, they massively buffed LUK. The stat was changed so it also gave atk, matk, def, mdef, flee, hit, and a bunch of other things. It was very cost-efficient to get LUK on most characters because of this, even if only a little.
