Give me a reason to upgrade to the new gen. All my good games are on PS3 and there's nothing new or interesting enough to justify buying a PS4.
I'm serious. Give me a reason. I don't understand what is Sony doing?

ps4 is already an old gen, m8.
If for the past 2 years there's not a single game that makes you want to have a PS4 then why would buy one? You're kinda of a faggot, user-kun.
Give me some examples. Something good that hasn't come out for PS3 as well?
So fucking what?
Dont.
Ps4 has one exclusive worth playing, Bloodborne. Wait for the system to drop to $100 and play it.
remasters.
Sup Forums likes to shit on the PS4 but what exactly is the alternative this console gen?
Just because a system doesn't have that many exclusives doesn't mean it has "no games"
>Just because a system doesn't have that many exclusives doesn't mean it has "no games"
Sup Forums is mostly oldfags on pc and young console kiddies.
If you have a pc, all that matters is the exclusives
This. I have a PC and a PS3 and the only reason I'm even considering a PS4 is because my console is getting louder and the drive is starting to fail.
Yes I changed the paste, it improved marginally.

>complaining about weeb shit on a playstation console.
The rest though, yeah.
How about over 40 reasons
>and there's nothing new or interesting enough to justify buying a PS4.
Then there's no reason to get one. This thread is pointless.
>"X has no games!"
>lists games for X
>"But they're all shit!"
Every single goddamn time.
>owning physical games
Just how old are you? Do you keep the cases with your other toys? Are you going to have those on display like you're some fucking 15 year old until you're 50?
I mean it's not like you're going to have a lot of visits, but I'd be fucking embarrased to have actual videogame cases on display like they're books or films or something.
Also all the good ones there are also out for PS3 and/or Vita (which I own).
At last someone gets it.
>So fucking what?
>Give me a reason to upgrade to the new gen

>"I don't like it so you shouldn't either"
Wow how fuckin immature are we allowed to be on Sup Forums ?
A post so cancer it made me throw up noctis.
>getting this fucking mad over someone owning physical copies
wew lad
there seem to be some good games coming out end of 2016/early 2017, so I'm waiting to get one until they come out
also hoping that the NEO release lowers the price of the original
Why didn't they make it retrocompatible?
>being this mad
They are also in a drawer and closed closet

>40 million consoles sold
>on pace to be the best selling console ever
>what are they doing
Making a smart business move.
I bought the PS3 in 2007 and have had the PS4 since early 2014, I am glad I don't have to suffer with the PS3 anymore.
I feel the only good games are franchises that are about 4 titles in and there's no way of playing the older ones without buying an old console for them (Uncharted, Persona, Witcher...).
The rest are just obscure cheap rehashes of old ideas. What a sad time to be a gamer.
>suffer with the PS3
How so?
>oldfags on PC
Bullshit. Most of the PC people are youngfag plebs also.
>Bloodborne
>FFXII Zodiac Age
>KOF XIV
>Ni-Oh
That's it. But 4 games aren't worth a new $400 console compared to dozens of games for PS3 that you can't play on Playstation Now.
Come the fuck on. Some of them games truly are shit and many aren't even out
Stop being a sad cunt and enjoy some fucking video games, jesus christ.
It isn't a sad time to be a "gamer". There's a million fucking games coming out right now of tons of genres, from all sorts of devs. Just find some you want to have fun with and stop being the gaming equivalent of a brooding teenager.
updates don't take away your ability to use the system entirely while in progress, the ability to talk to people while playing games, universal invite system, standby keeps games in memory so you don't have to reload them, headphone port on the controller, you can take screenshots and capture footage of anything that happens
plus the graphics are significantly better on top of all of that. I would never play a game on the PS3 that I could play on the PS4 even if the graphics and performance were identical.
Ps4 is my 8th gen system. I like to play vidyagames and I'm not into console wars/older vs new gen games; so spare me. This is what I play on my Ps4 ..
>Minecraft
I've been playing this in Survival mode recently. I'm enjoying it with a stranded-in-the-wilderness mindset. I have established a home-base and mine. I have recently gained enough resources that allow me to find comfort in this world. I've planned a 3 day trip tonight to explore the area beyond my base. Memes aside, this game is an outlet for a great virtual experience.
>Diablo III
It is superbly entertaining to create builds with all the gear options and pit them against as high a difficulty as I can. Either you like treasure hunting ARPGs with the focus set on build diversity, or you don't. Great fucking game. I enjoy it more than D2 these days.
>Watchdogs
Poor man's GTA with lightly fun hacking.
>Bloodborne
Great game, difficult but rewarding. Has a learning curve in not just combat but how the entire game operates. Learning a game at it's fundamental level demands that it be good and this game does not disappoint. I haven't played other Souls games but this one was indeed fun and one I would like to focus more of my attention on in the near future.
