One of my favorite genres, can you guys suggest any good 3d (full enviroment) point n click adventure games? Can be old or new, just not dos based or text based
here's what I've played so far:
Scratches Barrow Hill Nibiru Cleopatra Tomb of Mysteries or something Mummy (interplay) Frankenstein (interplay) Agatha Christie (forget which one) Darkness Within Myst
Nibiru was great, we need more nazi mystical games.
I recommend:
Overclocked: A history of violence Black Dahlia Sherlock Holmes (Awakened and Nemesis) Black Mirror series Dracula 1, 2 and Path of Dragon (skip the rest its garbage)
Ryder Kelly
You've never played The Longest Journey? It's honestly the best 3d point and click game ever. Play it immediately. Sequel is shit though
Ayden Perry
I recall someone letting me borrow Dreamfall back in 08 or 09. Not really a fan of 3rd person but maybe I could give it a try.
Nibiru was a fun summer playing though that.
I found black mirror 1 at a thrift store for $1 but i need a VM to play it so that put me off a bit.
ill check out the rest of the list

Black MIrror 1 should work on win7 m8. Its dated as fuck, BM2 and 3 came out ouple of years back and they have an amazing art style and are mad comfy. I would even go as far to say to skip 1 and go straight for the rest, even though 1 was rated high back in the day.
Michael Cooper
no shit? I'll go find the CD in the closet and try it out. Do you know if the PnC genre is still doing ok or is it dying out? I remember Adventure Companty used to put out a ton of games
Isaac Gutierrez
Yeah Dreamfall is the shitty sequel I mentioned. I'd say it's worth a shot even if you don't like third person. Great puzzles, atmosphere, story, everything
Julian Green
The Lost Crown: A Ghost-hunting Adventure Still Life (a classic) Nosferatu: Wrath of malachi Necronomicon
Doing rather well, check out the website below. Its just rather unpopular genre, its actually doing rather well in terms of quality titles.
>that comfy time when you are playing a point and click game on a cold wintery sunday morning, wrapped up with a hot cup of coffee and the game is still fresh and you haven't succumbed to a walkthrough once yet
Samuel Williams
>haven't succumbed to a walkthrough once yet i know that feel

Sup Forums is too pleb for this mate.
Jaxon Rivera
Riven isn't 3D.
There's a 3D remake in the works though, but that's never coming out.
If it doesn't get delayed again, Obduction is coming out this month, from the people who made Myst.
Colton Jackson
One of my favorite genres too, it's too bad most people on Sup Forums don't care for them.
Some recommendations: >The rest of the Myst series >ASA: A Space Adventure >The Dark Eye (1995)
And if you're okay with 3rd person, I definitely recommend the Syberia games. Syberia 3 is also coming out in December.
Well if OP played Myst, he'll probably like Riven too.
Jaxson Thomas
>Syberia 3 is also coming out in December What they've shown so far looks fucking amazing, especially the videos on the steam page. store.steampowered.com/app/464340/
Cooper Morris
Not sure if Spooky Train of Nightmares counts, but it is at least really damn close.
Thomas Collins
>nosferatu >point and click What?
Christian Clark
>Syberia 3 is also coming out Y-you're kidding, right?
Also, is Sinking Island by Sokal alright?
Jason Rivera
>Y-you're kidding, right? It's happenen, mane
Sebastian Moore
oh baby you are in for a surprise a pleasant one, our protagonist looks fucking waif tier
Robert Green
Not exactly 3D, but The Last Express is fantastic. A "cinematic" adventure done right.
Nathan Lewis
>Sherlock Holmes (Awakened and Nemesis) Jack the Ripper and Testament were both way better than Awakened and/or Nemesis.
Carson Johnson
I really enjoyed Ether One. I've seen people call it a "walking sim," but those people are fucking morons.
Ryder Perry
Sam and Max is a must.
Anthony Hill
thanks guys
Carson Sullivan
Still Life
Anthony Brooks
Is there a way to get this working properly on W7? The cutscenes are completely messed up.
Brandon Harris
is black mirror scary, I have it due to a humble bundle and I've been tempted to play
