What was this game called?

I'm trying to remember the name of this game that came out a long ass time ago, I think it was on PS2. It was like a cartoony looking adventure game with sci fi elements and had a bad ending where the hero was left for dead or something and then the ending said to wait for the next game, but they never made any sequels. Does anyone know what the fuck I'm talking about? I think it's kind of obscure.

>no description of mechanics or how anything looked other than "cartoony" and "adventure game"

I bet it's not even an adventure game. It's probably some 3D action shit and you suck balls at descriptions.

I don't even remember what the genre was, I'm just assuming.

Donkey Kong Country for the SNES user.

Republic commando

I don't recall that game having sci fi elements. At least, not the first one.

Nah it wasn't this.

When you come to Los Angeles you can suck my cock.

Black lives do not matter.

is there any more you can say about it? Was it Japanese are western style?

Describe the protagonist

White lives do not matter.

>had a bad ending where the hero was left for dead
Shit sounds like Mega Man Legends 2.

Intelligent, nihilistic and with a wicked sense of humor.

Donkey Kong Country.

Western for sure

Also how things end for this guy.

Oh why we're here,
What the name of that ps2 rpg where your shadow is a dickhead ghost thing and everything looks like Tim Burton took a shit and some japanese developers put it in a game?
and where can I play it again?

Bubsy 3D

steambot chronicles?
okage?

Okage

Okage

...

Thanks guys, does it still hold up?

The game is pretty fun, I played it again recently.
I don't think it emulates well though
