Major complaints from me

>50 cards as the minimum you can have in your deck is asinine, games do not last long enough to justify it and it makes deck building a fucking nightmare
>Nowhere near enough Action cards for some of the card trees, especially in Agility and Endurance
>Majority of the Legendary cards are generic figures, barely any of them are notable figures from TES lore
>Game is incredibly stingy when it comes to handing out coins for free packs, in Hearthstone it's very easy to earn 3-4 packs a day

Holy shit this on the 50 card thing. It is retarded and just leads to insane deck bloat.

It allows three copies though.

Even still, it feels like I'm filling my decks with cards I don't need just to increase the card number to 50.

I'm currently trying once again to stop playing Hearthstone. Hoping this or Spellweaver will be able to replace it.

Hearthstone is the only card game I'm aware of where you draw 3 cards and can only mulligan once. MTG lets you mulligan several times.

Can't think of many card games where you start at 30HP. Yugioh it's 8000, MTG it's 20.

Legends even uses the same WoW rarity system as Hearthstone of Common/Rare/Epic/Legendary.

almost everything in this game he compared to HS and he was surprised when discovered some new 3 things that HS hasn't, maybe there's more but that's all i count from him for now

my main gripe is the amount of cards in the decks. not only is it even more RNG than hearthstone (which is inherently bad) but building a deck is very unpleasant. otherwise, it's not that bad. needs tweaking.

I've been enjoying it suprisingly. Going second seems too strong and all the card art is generic but I'd be interested to see where this game goes.

It's a Hearthstone clone. And therefore isn't worth bothering about over Hearthstone.

At least games like Duelyst and Faeria *tried*. This is just a sad one.

It's 50/50 probably, most people tend to thinking going second or first (depending on game) is stronger but it rarely ever is, and if it is its by a small percentage of 2 or 4.

I got into the beta the other day (right before it went open anyways of course) and I'm enjoying it. So far I agree with most of what said. Starting out it feels pretty tough to fit 50 cards I actually want in my deck. A 4 card limit may have been better. And the fact the "unique" cards aren't really that special is kinda weird.

I did my first arena run the other day and went 7/2 and the rewards were pretty good. Way better than hearthstone.

The rune system really punishes aggro decks. I ran into people who were super afraid to even attack face until they had complete board control. Dunno if that's right. Most of the swingy RNG cards are a bit more expensive than Hearthstone's.

Overall, not too bad for a hearthstone clone. It looks a lot more fun after seeing how trash the new Hearthstone expansion is.

I'm liking it a lot. It's definitely trying to be a better Hearthstone though, which is good and bad in a few ways. The rewards feel more generous, and I like the original stuff they've done such as the lane system and the story mode. I think if Bethesda markets this game effectively, and really improves on Hearthstone's shortcomings, then they'll be able to compete head to head with Blizzard.

I'm actually liking it more than I thought I would, but I will wait for the first major update before dumping cash into it in order to see how well the team can integrate new content. Blizzard has proven again and again over the years that they are shit at balance.
