Ever play Professor Layton? Any of them qualify.

seriously though what were they thinking

did their writers just suddenly quit

Mass Effect 3

I'll never get over it. That being said it wasn't just the ending that sucked.

Okay children, gather round. Back in the day some games had shitty endings. Really really shitty endings. And we didn't care. The garbage ending did not retroactively ruin the game for us.

But this game was probably the worst I remember. It literally just said "GAME OVER". It was a shit game (difficulty was completely nonexistant) and I slogged through it to get to the ending. Which was just a black screen that told me shits over.

Stop complaining when you get a game that doesn't have a perfect ending kids.

This one

Not all.... loose ends.. are tied up.

mad men didn't even have a bad ending

Nah.

KOTOR 2

I thought it was bad at first but the more I thought about it, the more I appreciated it.

L O S T

Morrowind.

>Oh hey Nerevar, so you killed Dagoth Ur and stopped the universe from being subsumed by his consciousness?
>Cool, have this shitty ring and piss off.

Even at 45, Jon Hamm is a fucking hunk.

>Is an alcoholic on the show
>Is an alcoholic in real life

It's like poetry

...

Halo 2

How the fuck does he do it? That's the face of someone who eats clean their entire life and takes Bateman-levels of care after their appearance but this guy is an alcoholic and still someone doesn't look like a scrotum?

This will never not be first on the list. Even though there is 3 endings, one of them is the least sad in gaming history.

For how strong Persona 3 ended I was super disappointed at the last parts of P4, what the fuck were they thinking?

>>good game with shit ending
>>implying anything about that game was good

I actually quite liked the game. Granted I never played thief before.

But holy shit the ending brought new levels of autism before my eyes.

Bayonetta 2
Dark Souls 2
Danganronpa 2
Human Revolution

I'm glad you liked it I just don't feel it's even close to what the others were and the title was basically a cash grab. If you liked it go back and play the originals which require you to sneak and have more than just the generic human enemy.

But yes I agree with you the ending was basically that.

Xenogears

>If you liked it go back and play the originals which require you to sneak and have more than just the generic human enemy.

Worth noting is that I played at the highest difficulty without killing anyone. That's the only way it could be even remotely challeng-y for me.

Because of "miscommunications" the people in charge of making the ending cinematic made something completely different from what Ken Levine had written. They didn't have time or money to make what they intended at that point and ended up having to work with it and rewrite the ending stage of the game to work with what they were given.

MASS EFFECT 3

best game in the series and one of the best of all-time up until the last 15 minutes

I'm so tired of someone having a new unique opinion on something for once and he's instantly bombarded with unoriginal meme criticism. Do you just repeat everything you hear and have to force it on others because you're insecure?

SMTIV

>law: become a god slave and fuck up a ton of people
>chaos: fuck up the world just because, also Walter is fucking retarded
>neutral: "everyone is happy :D!!!!!!" forced bullshit
>white: bad ending

I literally finished watching this ten minutes ago, what is this sorcery
There's even this thread too What the fuck is going on

Granted the end was the very worst, but the entire game had a pretty shit plot. Liara automagically finding a solution to defeat the reapers forever made from generations of galaxies that just happened to be on mars that the alliance threw their resources into while in the midst of a galatic war against enemies that should have steamrolled everyone nearly instantly and completely ignored their own doctrine of warfare.. it just goes on and on. They phoned it in from the very start.

I didn't even realize that scene was in the game
do you think he'd make a part 2 if they didn't base the drawings on actual kids?
