What video game would you like to see a documentary about "what went wrong?"

What video game would you like to see a documentary about "what went wrong?"

Pic related.

is this the birth of an epic new meme?

No. I'm datamining Sup Forums to gauge the demand for a What Went Wrong documentary series.

phoenix wright 3

Duke Nukem Forever or Doom 3

that movie would be 40 hours long and 39 hours of it would be no action while the director narrates and then every 40 seconds the movie would pause and a popup would require you to scroll through to resume

still better than the documentary about wind waker where its 40 hours long but after 100 minutes the rest is just looped footage from the b roll

MGSV is probably the obvious answer.

>I played the game wrong, therfore it's bad: the post

oh and heres what went wrong.

>it will never be 2008 again
>you will never be allowed to unironically like memes again

Daikatana
Battleborn
Nuke Dukem Forever
Starfox whatever the new one is called

I'd love to see the explanation for this

what game? the one that held your hand every step, had a glacial pace and zero exploration and only 2-3 worthwhile uses of its gimmick in the whole thing?

or the one that got 2/3s axed in development so they shipped it with horribly monotonous travel and fetch quests to fill the minimum gameplay length of a AAA title?

case 3-5 didn't have to happen.

fuck off 9fag

I mean their explanation for why they wrote Godot as a petulant douchebag

Duke nukem forever, the final product is like an unintentional onion of every fps trope over the course of a decade.

Also Half life 3

they can only find so many ways to make a prosecutor look petty. I don't hate the character, I just think his motivations are fucked

Nearly every Nintendo game gets shit removed from it during development. Why do only Zeldafags sperg about it? No game can fit every single idea.

because wind waker was the only one ravaged by dev cuts to the point it was pathetically overstuffed with filler. SS had third act filler but had plenty of content before that. WW had 3/7 dungeons cut, and used miserable amounts of sailing, copy/pasted islands (oh another reef/fairy/triangle!) and fetch quests and two filler dungeons were just copy/paste retreads and the items were all ripped from oot/mm

majoras mask for example conspicuously recycled models/sounds/items, but then built on it with nearly as much original content in dungeons/quests/masks as OOT had, making it a full game with no signs of cut corners

ww needed at least 1 full more year, it was rushed
