so are all metal fans manchildren?
>metal
>I'll just pretend it's not metal so I can feel superior
Hardcore and metal are completely different genres desu. Your ignorance is showing.
That's interesting but this is nothing like hardcore
Metalcore, maybe
Hardcore has numerous subgenres user, the playstyle in the song in question is less metal (metal is driven by riffing) and more hardcore.

It's sad becuase it is fate that has brought us together. We could have been friends.
I'm a vaporwave slowmo yet bullet-time pulsating cybermech version of a young kazak trying to make a name for himself in this hard work game

I miss Unknown Death Lean.
>Hardcore has numerous subgenres user
Metalcore isn't a fucking hardcore subgenre
H-HE'S TOO SLOW
>Metalcore isn't a fucking hardcore subgenre
It actually is, desu. Metalcore's more similar to hardcore than it is to metal, actually. Metalcore is essentially music with hardcore's style of writing and structure but with the guitar tone of groove metal. It's still hardcore. If I were to play jazz music with violins it would still be jazz, genres are defined by how they are played rather than the instruments that make them.

>genres are defined by how they are played rather than the instruments that make them
You do realize you're actually just reinforcing the point of metalcore being metal, right?
>be final boss
>destined to lose
I gotta try.
No I haven't, it's still hardcore music. Hardcore played with metal guitar tones doesn't make it metal. There's more to genres than the instruments that make it up. Structurally speaking that song isn't metal, it's hardcore with metal guitar tones, hence metalcore, which is more of a hardcore subgenre than a metal genre.
Metal played with hardcore influence doesn't make it hardcore
I am so sorry that you were born after 1995.
best final boss song of all time
Do the world a favor and jump off a bridge.
>Can't deny it.
