With teamwork of your own such as using dvas defence matrix or reinhardts shield as cover to get into a better angle to shoot him or to wear down their reinhardts shield, if not go junkrat and angle shots up over or around the shield, if hes in a window aproach from the side and lob shots in while hes distracted from the front and if the shield is faced in your direction your teammates should have the opening of their own to take him down, that is, if your team isnt retarded and if they are you have little hope in the first place even without half their team not being able to fight because they are camping 1 spot

To do good damage, Zarya requires high skill shield play, or retards attacking her shields.

She usually does a hell of a lot less damage than Reaper, who can literally one-shot any 200hp hero.

I wouldn't be surprised if Reaper saw a shave to this bullet spread, to reduce his damage somewhat against non-tank heroes and cement his role as tank buster as opposed to being the go-to skill rating farm character.

He is such a large target, and immobile.

Against a good team he will spend 95% of the game dead or running back to point.

he's not even played in competitive play.
