Honestly to me it just seems like it is after the same crowd of people. After playing DaS1/2/3, BB, and very little of Witcher 3, the Demo doesn't feel very similar to any of those games. That isn't saying it will be better or worse per say. Hell, it's like when people compare DaS and BB even though they are night and day.
