Why does no one talk about this game anymore? I know it's old, but still. I remember seeing stuff about it in GamePro years ago and thinking "man, this looks awesome."
I haven't played it yet. I will probably emulate it at some point, or get a PS2. Just want to hear some opinions and discussion about it. RDR thread.
>sequal was an insanely boring and forgettable GTA clone Just fuck my shit up
Wyatt Bailey
Oh fuck off you were probably 10 years old when Redemption came out.
Logan Thompson
this
It's almost as bad as the Pokemon GOfags who have no clue that gen II-IV even happened and think "Oh man, Pokemon's back!"
Joseph Gray
I preferred GUN
Carson Torres
fuck *II-V
Hudson Perry
gen II-V disgusting
Christian Barnes
>No rage engine
It probably sucks.
Jaxson Edwards
I remember when I had a PS2 and I thought that game looked cool but I never played it and I don't think I ever will.
Bentley Turner
Gun was/is a million times better.
Jaxson Allen
>game features unique levels and bosses that keep things interesting and insanely fun 4 player splitscreen where you can play as a million different characters with unique abilities >Sequel is a GTA snorefest void of any memorable gameplay moments or levels >Normie's eat it up
Mason Green
One of my favourite games of all time. it has a lot of flaws but the sheer amount of love the devs poured into it can be felt trough every second of the experience. i mean, the whole fucking soundtrack comes from spaghetti western even from motherfucking "e lo chiamavano trinità " best game ever
David Ward
Did the world ever figure out exactly how to unlock Manny Quinn? There were so many theories back in the day, but no one knew for sure.
William Baker
>Manny Quinn reddead.wikia.com/wiki/Manny_Quinn >Manny Quinn is available as a playable character in Showdown Mode. He is unlocked by the player tying a showdown character to their profile, then winning a match where they are on fire for a cumulative total of six minutes.
Alexander Martinez
>million different characters with unique abilities >tfw I would pick the small clown with dynamite cards >would just throw them everywhere >everyone hated it
Gabriel Price
>Nostalgiafags Redemption is better objectively.
Lucas Young
yeah grand theft horse was so innovative and memorable what with the engaging gameplay and lovable characters like that one guy who gets shot and the other guy who has a bad attitude and the nigel thornberry clone with his pet redskin
Ayden Sanders
This and Dead Rising are the two games I've always wished would come to PC
At least I'm getting one of them
Dominic Moore
>RDRedemption is one the most popular games of last gen >RDrevolver is literally who?
trying really hard to make that forgettable, shovelware bin game seem like it was something more than what it was.
Luis Carter
can't hear you over the sound of GTAV on PC
Christian Russell
A shame what they did with the ip, GTA is for dumb children with no standards
Camden Flores
You reek of underage
Caleb Bell
>Like that one guy who gets shot >Like that one guy who has a bad attitude
Literally could be anybody in the game. Anybody sounds forgettable when you leave out that much information. However Revolver has characters as simple as "LE FAT GUY WITH DYNAMITE XDDD" It does the dumbing down for you. Is that why you like it?
Grayson Cook
revolver was written like a spaghetti western, redemption was written as an edgy and gritty "realistic" take on the old west that would most likely have commercials using Imagine Dragons - Radioactive playing over all the sound and dialogue
Leo Smith
You reek of nostalgia.
Your favorite childhood games are mediocre trash. Deal with it, loser.
Matthew Robinson

Landon Adams
I'm sorry that the game wasn't full of 70s movie cliches then. It doesn't make it bad.
Cooper Green
that's a nice self portrait, kiddo
Nicholas Evans
>Can't even use the small amount of brain power needed to use the English language to defend his shit game.
EL O EL

Joshua Martinez
wow you really like taking photos of yourself don't you kiddo?

I got this for my xbox when I was 13 or 12. I played it a million times. Okay every chapter has its own unique level with a hub world. You mainly play Red, but there is some segments you play as other characters which are pretty dope.. There is a shitzillion weapons too and tons of fuckabouts to unlock The dueling is supreme too
