Not really. But the stories are enjoyable. Can't say the same for Origins and Legends because it feels like nothing is there, but the gameplay made up for it.

This one balances the mobile BS with actual gameplay pretty well. You need to earn drumsticks to "recharge" your little sidekick balls, but most of the time you don't need them if you git gud.

The lack of bosses sucks though, as does the random method of unlocking new worlds.

When you beat an area you get rewarded with an egg. Each area is around 3 or 4 levels long by the way.

You can only have one egg in an incubator at a time so at most you can only play two areas in one sitting. Since you're just starting out, the timer on the egg wont be high,maybe like 30 minutes. But if youre like me and constantly play it to no end, its like 3 hours per egg.


But yea other than that, you should be pretty set. Dont worry about earning drumsticks because you'll have a surplus of them,since half the time you really dont need the incrediballs if you get good.
