Not on release, no. I'll pick it up a year or two after on sale if it's worth doing so like I do with most games.

Seems pretty great with the Servitors, AoE cannons, actual Land Speeders,... but damn, those lascannon shots are bad.

It's in the first Q&A vid, they confirm the knight is not replacing the land raider. This goes along with the idea the hero/ elite/ super units are somewhat modular, like DOW2 heroes.
