So we've came to conclusion that NMS was overhyped and failed to deliver on its original promises. PC version is out soon though and that can only mean one thing.
What mods are you hoping for?

What mods are you hoping for?
The mod that makes the game good.
Or sex mods.
I doubt there will be any mods. There are no ini files, just procedural logic, and without the sourcecode I don't see any mods happen.
>sex mods
This game could actually have been good if Sean as much effort into procedurally generated sexy aliens as he did into lying.
You can be damn sure people are gonna try though with whatever they can access.
I hope its not a lie but sean stated in an interview long ago that there will be an offical mod sdk so people wouldn't upload modded stuff to the servers. Let's hope he doesn't cuck it up.
The mod that stops NMS threads from being made every 5 minutes
I heard it'll be doing it for free but won't always work all the time
>procedurally generated sexy aliens
all that effort could've gone into making a procedurally generated alien probing sim
>le me
>see this post
>le sigh, it's that faggot webm again
>open webm
what a surprise! truly amazing! my mind is blown!
>le me
>totally not replying to this so my mom doesnt die
oh i didn't see that bit, at least that's covered too
Take a breath and remember...
..a group of 10 people made this game, alone, over years. This is not some huge corporation that pumps out games to profit. This is a group of ONLY 9 people who have poured their lives into this and it is finally coming to fruition. Just remember that when you want to dump on them over certain things. You may not have been lied to, maybe it's just an oversight that needs fixed.
Don't be critical of the oversights, once again, only 8 people made this.
Reading through the sub, watching streams and reading articles, it seems many of you (I'm waiting for PC) are having amazing moments in this game and are enjoying yourselves.
I understand in a world where we are used to unfinished games, broken promises, and constant money making schemes just remember...
Don't get lost focusing on the negatives and be patient. Don't jump to conclusions, you can get mad at me for writing this, but DO NOT get mad at the 7 people who made this game.
Don't assume malice. This appears to be a great game and I'm sure it will continue to get better as the team gets through this initial flurry.
TL;DR: Be patient, and remember this was 6 people doing their lifes work. Not "Gaming Corp Inc" trying to fleece you of another $60
>group of 10 people
>9 people
>6 people
There's nothing bait about 5 people pouring their hopes and dreams into such a majestic project such as NMS.
Is that a live Chozo? But they all disappeared!

Don't assume malice. This appears to be a great game and I'm sure it will continue to get better as the team of 4 people gets through this initial flurry.

I barely thought it has been played in the game. All you to the experiends running a massive planet, with a pink sky. Creatures on a distance any other game. All you need it. I've been player only two system. Earlier I was marveling stars unlike any other game ever made.
>But they all disappeared!
Why do you think they disappeared user?
Cute anime grills planets are the only thing that can save this
On a second thought, is it even possible to mod a procedurally generated game?
>So we've came to conclusion that NMS was overhyped and failed to deliver on its original promises
Sup Forums came to that conclusion months ago
I'm not saying it's a good game (neither are most reviewers, lol)
but Sup Forums turned this into a contextualized issue ages ago
Sup Forums's hate of NMS is bigger than the game itself, it was hoisted up as an example of everything they hate -- of betas or cucks or whatever the new buzzword is, of whinging indie devs, or limp-wristed faggots "ruining the industry"
It could be getting 90+ across the board and the reaction would just be "look at all the reviewers these cucks paid off"
once it became "Nu-Male's Sky" in Sup Forums's collective mind, its fate on this board was sealed
Why wouldn't it be? If you add your own shit to it it's bound to appear.
Agreed, those 4 people worked harder then any other dev in todays industry.
