Will it be better than HR?

Will it be better than HR?

How should I know?

I wasn't asking you, dumbass

I'm not your dumbass, fuckhead.

he was asking me you idiot

i dunno

No.

ok

Yes. As a privileged white male, I feel appalled that there aren't more games like Deus Ex: Manking Divided™ that don't promote the BlackLivesMatter movement, and which don't remove fan favorite characters to replace them with culturally sensitive people of color like the new pilot and sidekicks.

It's 2016, we need more games like Deus Ex: Mankind Divided™ and Mafia 3!

Probably a bit better.

Maybe. I have high hopes.

Obviously.

made by the same team, with more cool gadgets and ways around the mission
at least in gameplay department it will be solid
dunno about the story, but if it will show the events leading to NCR creation and Page fucking over Illuminati it might be cool
also want the best bratan to appear again

Brilliant post my good man.

I hope the boss fights will be cool and full of action

i want them to have some non-trivial stealth solutions
like some environmental kills Hitman-style or kill switches or maybe ability to talk them down

>boss fights
they can't get any worse than in Human Revolution, right?

the one in missing link was pretty cool though it's not even a real "boss", just a room full of guards and one guy talking shit and getting hit for it

Is it still press x to takedown?

Probably

Thinking of playing this game, do I need to play the games in order?

>NCR
???

In general, the first toy seems very interesting. But in the future quickly tired of the lack of diversity. I can not advise to play it, but the taste and color of comrades there. Who will explain why.
1. First and foremost, probably minus in the game - the standard plot. To describe it, I will not, for those who are interested - Will play will understand what I mean. The storyline does not cling, do not have enough of its disclosure and understandable narrative scheme, which is why the game is lost meaning and the essence of our actions.
2. Graphics. Yes, I do not argue, in the gaming industry to sin zhalvatsya graphics in a computer game, but it's just a nightmare. Guys, even in Serios Sam schedule was better, seriously.
3. The same type of combat system. Oh, this is generally a separate topic. Where have you seen a blunt poking the mouse button? Your gerogy will produce the same attack, no matter where your opponent to what he outfit, its growth, and so on.
4. Gameplay. In general, what can be said about the gameplay ... He is not. And it did not exist. Maps are based on the same scheme, the world is boring and monotonous.
And finally, 5. Artificial Intelligence. Guys, local AI is so stupid that, I'm sorry of course, children 4 years of age are smarter than NPC here.

So, what I say Mogo. Ten criteria.
1. Theme. -
2. Gameplay. -
3. Artificial Intelligence. -
4. World. -
5. Graphics. -
6. Musical arrangement (the only thing that I somehow liked it). +
7. Interest. -
8. playability. -
9. To kill time. +
10. Spend money on something worthwhile. -
Total 2/10

Obviously. At least HR.

I have copy very leak early

i never played HR. how is it

No. Deus Ex: Human Revolution is chronologically the first game in the series (actually it's Deus Ex: The Fall, but it's shit)

Stealth and atmosphere are great.

Thanks, but your English is awful btw

Human Revolution was pretty fuckin good, I hope they carry on focusing on the setting. Most immersive game I've played in years besides Witcher

Has some amazing art direction if you like transhumanism and mechanical design.

As a game, it's okay.

please upload the game to tpb

>it's okay

you fucking irked me real hard by saying that and idk why

Did you mean NSF user?

>will it as edgy as HR?

nothing new is better than anything old

Gameplay wise? probably

Story wise? who the fuck knows

What do I do Sup Forums? It's the first time I buy a collector's edition so expensive, it feels like a waste of money. Did you ever regret it?

iirc the devs showed off a non lethal boss option at e3 last year or something

Giggity.

Well, the energy systems and some of the physics aren't great. And the game isn't visually spectacular unmodded.

It's still worth playing IMO

>nonlethal still gives more exp than lethal despite being easier to pull off

>even in Serios Sam schedule was better

lol

>being an expwhore

Wasnt malik brown tho?

I'm replaying HR right now in Give Me Deus Ex difficulty and holy SHIT the game's good. I'm really enjoying it.

the fuck am i reading

I hope we get to bomb the statue of liberty in one of the endings at least

The only part of HR I remember not liking, aside from the boss fights, is the zombies at the end. I just thought it was kind of dumb and lazy. However, shooting up zombies was still kind of fun. Just maybe should've been a side thing instead of a main story thing.

>10/10 its okay

>the world is boring and monotonous.
confirmed for idiot

It played really badly at the end, since you could just wait for pips to recharge, deck them, rinse and repeat.

My main gripe was with the chink bitch, that was the first time in the game where an obvious choice and conversation was cut, and the point at which the game became extremely linear.

>this bitch is going to betray me
>cant wait to slap this bitch ten ways to sunday
>can't wait to strangle this bitch
>gonna knock seven bells of shit out of her when this dialogue ends
>"Hah! I tlicked you Mistah Jenson!"

I'm not your fuckhead, bitch

I'm a little worried that they focus less on conspiracy and more on social issues. If it's a balanced ish mix like HR then I'll be ok. I loved seeing how the illuminati had its hands in everything in big and small ways.

But why should I care? I can't afford grad school let alone a rig to run this

I've literally cried cause of this stressful faggotry

HR was better than the original Deus Ex so I have some hopes for it.

Human Revolution is a good game, though it felt more like a reboot than a prequel. All this crazy Revengeance shit Adam can do in Mankind Divided seems too much for a mechanical augmented individual. He literally turns in to lightning to shoot across the environment and then proceeds to turn in to cyber diamonds and becomes invincible and only do things like Nano augments can do like invisibility.

Hopefully they touch on this, maybe Adam is a mix of both types of augments.

Half the game's level design is mediocre as fuck. Hacking is a shitty mini game. The Icarus landing system's shitty cutscene takes all the fun out of vertical exploration. Candy bar system sucks.

I like HR overall but it's a heavily flawed game. The biggest problem for me is the level design, the only levels that live up to the original are the TV station, the police station and the hubs.

imagine the original DE with the new engine

I'm not your bitch, Gimp.

Are you implying that the original level design was somehow above-average for the stealth genre in any way?

Exactly. Not buying it as a "prequel" to Deus Ex either when the augs were basically shit-tier.

I agree. What got me about HR was the scientific plausibility. At first I thought it was just made up pseudo science like other games do. Then I looked in to it and holy shit niggas was accurate as fuck.

I felt like the emerald Harold after seeing that feather. Except it was science and not a feather.

And I have a dick and not a dragon vag

At least it continues the Deus Ex tradition of having infuriatingly bitchy Asian women. AH MEESTAH JAY SEE DENTUN IN DA FRESH

YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES

Another thing about Mankind Divided is everything being ignored about the first. What ending happened in the previous game?

At least you could bazooka her out of the window instantly though, like you should have been able to do to that chink.
Speaking of old deus ex staples
>Still no baton-fu or Trashcan-kwan-do

>What ending happened in the previous game?
I'm guessing they're going to retcon the shit out of the ending because they realize they were horribly done anyways and left little to no room for a sequel with Jensen.

Original's level design is Thief-tier. Which makes sense since the game follows the LGS simulation focused philosophy. HR did an okay job but half the levels are trying to be more Splinter Cell than Thief if you understand me.

I don't think they expected so many ppl to kill their Jensen desu.

>HR was better than the original Deus Ex

I gave up on liberty island: the post

Sadly yes, but I actually like those cinematic take downs

Historically the game set a standard for its day. So in that aspect it's superior.

But I'm a filthy young shit and liked HR far more.

>Thief tier
Definitely not, it's really just okay design to mix along with less than okay gameplay.

Liberty Island was piss easy, the only level I had a little bit of trouble with was the one where you meet Paul and he railroads you into becoming a terrorist.

They are, and they debated killing Jensen but figured it was too hard to write an entirely new character.
They said something along the lines of the chaos caused by all the mechs flipping out caused your message to be practically ignored

>I'm guessing they're going to retcon the shit out of the ending because they realize they were horribly done anyways and left little to no room for a sequel with Jensen.

That's actually my biggest gripe about this sequel, playing as Adam. Don't get me wrong he fit in to the world of Deus Ex perfectly but having him back is just going to force them in to a corner. Have a new character and run with it.

fucking loved HR:DC, although the DLC part felt out of place and unnecessary

as long as the story isn't pants on head retarded I'm sure Mankind Divided will be great

>Only 17 hours
So your thoughts on level design are worthless because you've barely explored them, got it.

It seems better but I mainly want good open Hubs and I have a bad feeling about that.

I'm glad someone shares my optimism.
These 12 days are going to be a drag.

>you will never visit new Chinese locations in DX with modern graphics again

Why live

>He got the software upgrade
>Not listening to based not-infowars

Prague looks good so far. The e3 demo did a lot to sell me on the game after how horrible thiaf was.

Whether you get the new biochip or not, you still get cutscene of Adrian bitch being a moustache twirling over the top evil villain.

Asian. This is why I shouldn't browse on my fucking phone.

You don't look like a dingus though.

Nice personal blog, faggot.

I don't get it

I hope, central and eastern european locations are always what I like the most in those kind of games.

I hope its not mainly small closed roads with checkpoints where all the freedom is in the verticality. I like big open places and great vistas.

My fucking sides what am I reading?

Thanks comrade I will waste not money

No man's sky something

>I like big open places and great vistas.
I doubt you'll get much of that. Deus Ex has always been more about exploring a dense urban environment than sprawling outdoors. Only level I can think of like that was the approach to Savage's compound in the first game. What I really want is the level on the moon that was planned for the original and referenced in HR.

>complaining about characters being replaced in a Deuce Sex game

If you want to fully appreciate them then play in order. You can probably get away with skipping IW and the Fall though.

...

delet

if there are actual endings this time, yes

>prequel
>actual endings
what a dream

cuck

deus ex 1 had multiple endings, and had a sequel. are you retarded?

Well I liked the exteriors in the first game and the hubs in Human Revolution but what I saw of Prague in the trailers made it look like a more closed, dense multi-layered map with linear paths between small places.

It felt more claustrophobic I'd say.
