I have a bad habit of gambling with shit like this and when I said "eh I'll buy a 5-pack it's like a scratchoff card for me who cares" and got shit the other day I wound up buying like $30 more worth of crates until I got the two skins I actually wanted.

On one hand I regret it but on the other I've spent far more on far less before. (yes less than overwatch skins) Also got a few other decent things in those crates that weren't summer related I guess.

honestly, dupes don't piss me off nearly as much as the avatars. At least dupes give some currency I can spend on other skins or sprays or something. There is literally nothing worse in my inventory right now than the "summer games exclusive" germany flag I """""won""""" out of a crate a while ago. Literally every other game I've played with country flags just gives everyone the whole lot for nothing, what the fuck.

I just wanted Zarya's since it's basically an origins skin (and gives her not-shit hair) and Dva's since I like the colors in general. Genji and McCree's are pretty solid too. And Lucio since it looks kinda like beat so it's still more JSR-y than the hockey ones.

Rest of the skins I could not pretend to give half a shit about though, nevermind the other summer items (except maybe 76's golf swing since it's stupidly hilarious.)

I have money that makes so much money I have to make sure I take out enough from the account so I don't get fined for having too much money. I bought seven, and level up 5 times. Only got Korea skin for Dva.

I am not too upset because that one is one of the three i wanted the most the other being Tracer's and Zarya's. I also got the best Legendary for Junkray (Fool)

But what a fucking ripp off. Imagine spending 12 bucks for one fucking skin.

I believe 100% that if you wait a while and log out at least once between opening crates you get better items. When I opened fifteen in a row it was mainly silver and blues or dupes but when I waited at least one round between crates and logged out a few times I got an assortment with purps and yellows. I got one or two previously but I also got less duplicates.

I've opened up 150+ loot boxes in hopes of getting the Zarya skins, and I haven't gotten a single one.
Fucking waste of money, I don't even know what compelled me to do something so fucking stupid.

Blizzard said that the stuff inside the boxes are pre determined. If you hoarded boxes pre ana release you would get zero stuff for her after she was released
