I got Doom 4 on sale and Ive been having a pretty good time with it.

I bought FEAR yesterday on Steam. I've already beaten it several times before, I just wanted to own it again.

Hearts of Iron IV. I mean its bugged to shit, but i just love fighting WW2 too much to care.

South Park: The Stick of Truth.
It was fun and hilarious. A bit too short, though. I only paid about $6 for it, though, so I don't regret it.

>Alien Isolation

Witcher 3.

That's right. A game from 2015. God this has been such a shitty fucking year so far.

I loved fear when I played it on 360. I recently bought the steam version too. Feels good to play it with kb + m

Literally my experience with the game.

I got alien isolation for $7 USD.
Only 2 hours into it and the alien just showed up. I'm having fun :)

We're in it together bud. We're doing it live my comrade

2016 has been great.

DOOM, Warhammer, XCOM 2, Dark Souls 3, Blood and Wine, BFG:A, and many many indiegames have been excellent.

I'm sure you'll just say they're all shit or something, though.

either mirrors edge 2 or r6 siege

Good luck, user.

Arkham Origins

>being this mind-numbingly autistic

Sup Forums

You used DLC as one of your examples as good games. Can't get more retarded than that.

DOOM 2016

>you
not me, but thanks for playing.

Do you guys even like videogames?
Or are you just being contrarion acting like you dont like anything

Don't give him attention.

You're just feeding a contrarian shitposter

Terra Nova: Strike Force Centauri.

Or, maybe, Mission Force Cyberstorm.
Wait, that's not true - I found a 4-pack of 4 games - quake 2, dark reign 2, heavy gear 2, and battlezone 2 - this 4-pack was $5 at media play in a bargain bin. And holy fuck those were all great games.

Overwatch

Shadow Warrior

pretty sure no one in this thread actually bothered to watch this shit you posted.

Hyper Light Drifter

Maybe a bit short and buggy but I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy it.

I watched it in the past. They basically said it was "too videogamey".

They should stick to movies.

Dark Souls 3

wut

their complaints were that the ai is shit, the game has awful pacing, the alien animations are hilarious, the minigames are insultingly stupid, there's nothing to do but open doors for 20 hours, the flamethrower negates the already marginal threat of the alien, the suspense is killed because the station is filled with people, the tacked on character development at the end is stupid, the atmosphere relies on nostalgia rather than standing on its own, and they're right

i will never understand why Sup Forums circlejerks over this game

All the shit is perfectly fine and in plenty of loved video games. The alien rarely has stupid animations, too, and in fact are very good, especially the way the tail drags on the ground and around objects almost perfectly. The only thing out of that whole list I sort of agree with is the flamethrower, but even then the "stupid AI" seems to become less afraid of it and attack again soon after and not long after you get the flamethrower, you start running into some enemies that throw a monkey wrench in it.

>All the shit is perfectly fine and in plenty of loved video games.
Yes, but good games don't have all of that shit at once, and also generally has good gameplay or story to carry you through the hiccups. Isolation has neither of those.

Literally the only things I can compliment the game on is the graphics and the artstyle, and I don't know how much credit I can give them for artstyle when again it's just banking on established nostalgia.
