The best part is that sonygers laughed at xbox live but then when sony said to pay them for online, they turned 360 degrees and acted like there was nothing wrong with pay fgor online.

The shittiest part about it is being a fighting game fan. I don't play any other online games except that genre. And since fighting games are pretty much online only experience it's retarded that I have to pay a 50 dollar fee on top of the 60 dollars for the game. It's all retarded.

i don't know what ps+ or ps4 online is, i sold my ps3 when they disabled linux and i wanted to have linux and play warhawk online.

what i do know is the video game console makers have a bad business model. (inb4 the used games fiasco). take apple for instance; their hardware is expensive, the life cycle is about double that of the playstation 3, and all the iCloud services are free.

take microsoft for example; they sell you windows, they sell everyone office and business stuff, and all their updates are free.

RIM, GOOGLE, all free to update their software.

but sony, microsofts xbox, they get away with billing your neet mothers and fathers. why? because you fell for microtransactions.

even Sega DreamCast had free online services. Phantasy Star Online is the most memorable RPG i've ever played, the level of friendships i had in that game were stellar. When Sega went out of business they cited DreamCast piracy as the reason - not providing online services. I don't think the dreamcast was sold at a loss but the hardware was sure ahead of its time.

Even if you can totally ignore PS+ and play Bloodborne without it, why would you even consider buying a console for one game?

I ask from experience. While I don't regret it now, I jumped on the 3DS because of projects like MML3, only to get burned. Despite that, I should have still waited for it to get some games, went months playing SFIV and Pilotwings Resort before anything worthwhile came along.

You're not missing out on anything if you decide not to get PS+, most of the monthly games are garbage (for PS4 owners at least) and there isn't a single multiplayer focused game on the system that would justify the price

though I do think the membership is worth it if you own a PS3, it gets at least one good game every month

BB is the only game that i'm interested in that has online. The other games I'm looking forward to on the system aren't out yet and are purely single player

does this ps+ work with a tethered phone hotspot? does it count against your data? t-mobile is offering like youtube and music or something that doesn't count against monthly cell phone data.
