It's a real shame that he doesn't upload as much as back in the day.

I love it.
His delivery could use a lot of work. I'm very into the free flowing style of comedies without punchlines and payoffs, but this falls flat because it lacks substance beyond the voice.
Most of his main videos are just objective comments about what's happening on-screen with no attempt to layer them or play with expectations.
Clearly it works for a lot of people though. I go through his video entertained but I don't physically even crack a smile.

I actually expected from him praising this game for some reason. He didn't shit all over on Undertale, but as you can see right now this game considered worse than Hitler.

No planet will ever look like anything seen in the trailers, and console conformance is almost surely to blame. PS4 can't actually handle that number of creature entities or that thick a forest of lush vegetation. it DEFINITELY can't handle the level of dynamic AI which sold that original reveal trailer.
All planets are some variety of desert. They're toxic deserts, ice deserts, baked deserts, or temperate deserts. Trees only occur in small pockets of less than a dozen trees, with big stretches of desert between.
The game seems to hint all elements are represented, but i've never seen anyone with anything but carbon, hurendium (or whatever it's called), plutonium, or zinc. i've seen references to a handful of rarer elements (copper, gold, and one i can't remember that was a fantasy element), but they seemed to just be currency items.
There seem to be a handful of crafted (as opposed to generated) intelligent alien species (with random generation over archetypes, for individual members), who only occur in predefined areas with very tightly controlled interactions (everything but talking to them to receive an FTL-style text event seems prohibited). The ships and structures all seem to be crafted, with terribly small pool of models, no generation.
That biped robot featured on the steam store seems MIA. The only ground-level combat is with little floating robots (the laziest thing to create, from a design and programming perspective) and the generated wildlife. Ship combat seems to be limited to random-encounter pirates who attack in small groups, and a handful of other special encounters (i've seen one with a battle already in progress).
The game should be $20 as an early access title.
