Post games with great music. It can be groovy, intense or just plain atmospheric. Starting with the latter.

Such a shame the sequel didn't live up to expectations.
Even the music isn't as good as the first game.
Playing the sequel right now and I have to be honest, I like it even better even if it is in a "more of the same" kind of way.
Perfect soundtrack.
It is also quite fun. You should play it
I thought it was pretty good actually. More of the same but the extra abilities added something to the game.
Too bad it completely shit the bed at the end
Something I never really hear people talking about is how this game fucking *nailed* ambient music.
You are now hearing the title theme
I don't want to start an argument or anything, but the game did a really good job of having great boss music that fit the bosses on a thematic level.
The game is good in my opinion, and I completely agree with your statement
just burn the cancerous fanbase alive
I really enjoyed the sequel. In spite of the many flaws in the story I still liked it better because I got to wave my big floppy 'Sundr Slayer' dick around as Alette. I also really want to say how Alette's mender powers progress as well.
the first Skate
Everyone who played it knows what I am talking about
The entire fucking soundtrack is great, but the "Last Stand" really stands out to me.

The music does a great job of keeping you engaged, and then you jump to Sector 8. Then the music drops. And the groovy beat builds up, and you wait for it, then BOOM. The beat fucking drops and you are psyched as fuck.
I have over 100 hours in this game and I *still* feel fucking PUMPED when I get to the last sector.
Getting to listen to this track is a reward in itself for reaching the end of the game.

Dustforces sountrack is one of my favourites.
oops posted wrong pic.
The game itself was pretty good, but the presentation of the final fight was amazing, particularly in the way the soundtrack reacts to what you do. It is hard to really explain it unless you experienced it yourself.
The final fight, honestly, reminded me *why* I love video games.
What if the intense music is ALSO groovy?
Probably the most enjoyable boss in the entire game thanks to music alone.
